Summary: Awesome
Review: This was extremely helpful during my trip to Disney. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children of all different ages.

Summary: If you choose only one--choose this detailed book
Review: Walt Disney World with Kids 2000 is a wonderful guide for planning and implementing a trip to Disney. Details such as the kid-friendliest hotels on Disney property, to the "scare" factor of different rides help parents plan out the trip according to their families' needs. Knowing that Snow White's Scary Adventures were REALLY scary helped me decide to have my 4 year old skip it. Although some of the tips in this book can be found from various sites, this is the most comprehensive book for families with young ones who are visiting Disney.

Summary: Helped us plan the perfect cruise
Review: We recently returned from the cruise-week at Walt Disney World combo and found this book to be so very helpful. It has the most specific information on the Disney cruise of any guide we bought, and the author's park info was the best too, especially in terms of rating which rides are best for which age kids.

Summary: A must have before, during and after your vacation at Disney
Review: We used this for many months before our vacation last year. It was almost drenched with highlighter markings long before we left for Florida. When we got there, it was like our Bible as we toured the parks. It has everything you need to know for Disney and beyond. Her sense of humor is most amusing and she does let you know where to eat without losing your mind or cookies with toddler in tow. So buy it and then keep it, because you will write notes in it and after your trip it will become almost a souvenir of sorts with all your little articles and receipts etc, tucked away in side. You will look through it a year or two later and laugh at your comments about whatever you were thinking at the time. We had teenagers and toddler and everything worked out great, she has some real tips that do everyone good, not just the kids. Mom and dad won't lose their mind trying to please everyone. We are heading to Universal as well this year, so we will definitely be buying her Universal book.

Summary: Never Mind The Other Guides....Buy THIS One!
Review: We visited Walt Disney World for the very first time two years ago. Being VERY green we looked over and bought a few guides in addition to this one. THIS is the guide we poured over every night at the hotel. We literally ripped out the section on the park we planned to visit the following day and took it with us. It was well worth it. If you can only get one guide book...this is the one.

Summary: Great Info...especially about the Disney Cruise Line
Review: We were looking for a book with information about the Disney Crusie Line with children. We are taking our daughters (9 and 13) on the Disney Wonder in February 2001, and we were looking for some insight that our travel agent couldn't give us. This book explained everything from check in at our Disney Resort to boarding the ship....it also explained all the activities available for our children and the dining schedules. I definately recommend this book to anyone who is looking for the same information that we were looking for!! (or any information on Disney with kids!!!)

Summary: Good Reference for Disney World
Review: We're gearing up toward a Disney World vacation late this August, and have relied on this book thoroughly. It isn't the most comprehensive book, but it offers lots of good advice. Good thing for any travelling family.

Summary: Saves parents time and money!
Review: Wiley does a great job of steering parents the right way at Disney. My family goes every two years and always buys the new edition and it pays for itself several times over. Many guides are so full of facts and go here, go there that they wear you out before you begin! But Wiley does a great job of giving you plenty of info without overwhelming you. My husband walks around going "What does Kim say?" before every ride.
