Review: ...We read the book after going to Hedo II, and it felt like we were back there! I highly recommend this read before or after the trip, it will get you in the mood to go back to Hedo.

Summary: Laugh until your jaw hurts!
Review: A must read for Hedo newbies or seasoned vets! Having enjoyed reading both of these publications, I can only impress once again my thoughts to my fellow amazon.com buyers to read it and you will not be able to put it down! Chris Santilli is an incredible author and interprets the fun, excitement and informative side of Hedo through her research and her own experiences. This Canadian will be looking for more of her work!

Summary: Right on target!
Review: As a frequent visitor to Hedo II, I was delighted by the 1st edition of TNTAH2. However, after a few years, I succumbed to the need to update, and bought 2nd Edition (2004 update). Sure, a lot of the material (like the helpful hints and what to bring) is the same as in the first publication - as it should be. What the author has done is exactly what she promises: an update. It's funny, silly, irreverent and iconoclastic. To my mind, the author's breezy "in-your-face" style is completely suited to talking about Hedo II, one of the most outrageous (and occasionally maligned) destinations in the Caribbean.If you've not seen the book before, go immediately to the 2004 update. If you've already bought 2nd edition, wait for the next major overhaul - which I'm sure will be forthcoming. Above all, read the book if you've never been. It's almost as good as being there! But not quite.

Review: Chris has a talent for combining humor with information while describing a unique resort. Her wittiness permits the inimidated "newbie" to feel at home before dipping the first toe in Hedo's "friendly" nude hot tub.

Summary: Naked in Negril
Review: Chris Santilli has captured the essence of Hedonism II, Jamaica's naughty club for adults. Her book is a "must have" to travel to the resort. She gives tips freely that took me over 5 trips to learn. The testimonials from many of the Hedo. Veterans is extremely valuble. I understand that the photos are sparse, but one has to remember what happens at Hedo stays at Hedo.

Review: Chris Santilli has the gift of bawdy gab. Her tips and tales are right on target and so much fun to read. I've been to Hedonism II more than 30 times and I find the book accurate and filled with good advice on how to make the most of a trip to Hedo II. I even learned some new things! Virgins and repeaters alike need this book. Whether you read it in the john, your living room, or the beach at Hedonism II, make sure the people around you know what you are doing because you won't be able to keep quiet while reading it. Even if you never go to Hedonism II, just knowing what goes on there will make your smile, if not laugh out loud. Don't promise to loan it to anyone. You'll want to read it more than once.

Nowhere else will you find the true, uncensored story of what goes on at the resort. Chris strips out the outrageous and untrue rumours and fills you in on the equally outrageous and fun true picture. Most importantly, it will help you decide if a trip to HII is right for you. We, at worst, would not have gone and, at best, would have missed out on half the fun had we not read the book.

Review: For anyone considering a trip to Hedo II, than this is the book for you! Chris has done it again with a new version of the Naked Truth. She takes the best of the first book and adds some new twists and turns along the way. Great new photos and info. Don't believe what you see on TV - this book tells it like it is and captures the true spirt of Hedo. The book addresses everything from "taking it off" for the first time to the lingo of Hedo. It also gives you a guide to making the drinks from Hedo at home: a great way to fight off DIF (Dreaded Island Fever). So grab a copy of The Naked Truth About Hedonism II, mix yourself up a Dirty Banana and enjoy...

Summary: A must have if you are even considering this vacation!
Review: I bought the first edition of this book and found it informative, this new edition is much better, it covers more topics and is more in depth. There are many insights through out the book from previous vacationers that give this edition a much broader view in understanding this type of resort.
Sure glad I bought this edition because we can do this trip knowing what to really expect! At just $18 dollars you will have the "in and outs" of this place before you go. I don't care if it's in color or not, I like it because it is so much more comprehensive with so many various views......a must have before you travel! Thankfully this book was written to help guide you...
