Summary: best Thai cookbook I've ever used
Review: We eat Thai often, both at home and at restaurants. The recipes in this cookbook, unlike other Thai cookbooks I've tried, have always been delicious! And usually very easy as well.

Summary: Why No Dried Shrimp in Som Tam and Pad Thai?
Review: We have some friends from Thailand that opened a restaurant here in town. Their food is incredible! I have shown them many recipe books of Thai cooking. They told me all the recipes were too complicated. This book, they approved of!! The recipes are correct & authentic. The book will make you soo hungry just reading it!

Summary: Fantastic Cookbook - been using over 8 years!
Review: We've been using this book as our Thai cooking bible now for eight years, from LA to Baltimore. We became so addicted we even bought a kaiffer lime tree (sadly, had to leave in LA.) We love the tome kai gia, the clay pot shrimp with bean thread noodles, crab fried rice and use the dipping sauce for beef to marinate pork ribs. Once you master the flavors, the recipes are easy to adapt to your taste. We add ginger to the dipping sauce, and cut down on the coconut milk in the tome kai gai. However you do it, it's an amazing cook book. You will need to find a Thai grocery store in your area, though.
