Review: When I first picked up this book I was reminded of the series I started reading as a teenager, The Cartoon Guide to History. I didn't pick up that book with the intent of learning anything, just for the interesting illustrations.I picked up The Art of Shen Ku because of the title and because of the interesting illustration on the front. I've had the book for three days now and I have yet to make it past the beginning because I'm so fascinated by the detail in the drawings. I can't wait to re-read this book for years to come knowing that I will get something new out of each trip. Buy one of these for yourself, buy one for a loved one and buy one to have in the car for trips!

Review: This is by far the best book I have ever read in my life. This book teaches you everything from acupressure to yoga. Very easy to follow my daughter could follow it. I find my self referring back to it several times a day. If you need to know something this would be the book to get and the illustrations are awesome.

Summary: Unbelieveable!!!
Review: I'm a bit of a skeptic, yet this is the most useful book I have ever read. I now can make my own skin care items, perform cpr, calm myself through yoga and acupressure. I found hints to raise my children non-voilently and how to protect myself if I happen to find myself in a dangerous position. Zeek is absoutly extrodinary! This book combines great writing with great humor at the same time. The pictures are amazing so detailed and artistic. The diagrams are easy to use. I can't imagine anyone not finding something in this book that pertains to them. There are beauty secrets, heatlh secrets, many travelling tips and secrets. There are so many its hard to list them all. I will be using this book as a reference for many years to come!!!

Review: I just got my copy of The Art of Shen Ku, and after flipping through it and reading some of the things in it, I was pretty impressed. If you are health-concious, bored, in pain, etc., then this book is for you. I found some of the material to be helpful and I think this is a book everyone should have.

Review: So, I picked up this book a few days ago and it rocks my world...! Not only is it deeply informative; Zeek expresses these philosophies/ problem solutions/ anything-you-can-think-of answers to all your questions in a creative and interesting manner. The dope illustrations add to the joy of the reading experince. Think of it as the "Worst Case Scenario handbook" after a damn-sexy make-over session (its WAAAAAAY better). I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone of any age. Two thumbs up!

Review: Hands down the best book I ever read and/or own! This book is great for everyone. This is a owners manual to life. Everything in this book useful. For a bachlor like myself this is a life saver. It has everthing in this book! I mean "everything"! From cooking, home remedies, kung fu, wilderness survival, and yoga. You name it this book has it! This is very usful to anyone. Also for a outdoors man like myself this is by far the best survival guide I ever purchased. I bought and read many outdoor survival books and guides before and this is far better than any I own. Much more useful than actual military survival guides(I have many of these and they don't compare to this book) Not being a Army Ranger or MacGyver type I found this book to be the best book ever because its practical, useful, and very to the point. Its written so simple a child could use it. I sure wish I had this book when I was a kid. I can't tell you how much I learned from this book. I tried many thing in this book and they WORK! Everything has a picture to it. This book helped me out so much its unreal! There is just so much usful info in this book. Also I love the asian theme. The book is very illustrated and entertaining as well. This book makes it fun to learn with funny captions and pictures too. I LOVE THIS BOOK!!! I recommend this book to everyone, young or old. Great for people anywhere and people that travel. I kept this book on my coffee table and my guest paid more attention to the book that me! Also I had to literally pry people's hands off my book before they left out the door with it! You just have to get this book its way worth the money doller for doller! Trust me you won't be wasting your money or regret buying it!

Review: This book is an excellent "Travelers Guide" for the quick and dirty MCGyver-wannabe. Aside from the quick reference material, the book as pretty much worthless! It's a huge kludge of a bunch of concepts and Ideas all piled up into one little book.
