European Treasures, '98-'99: International Coupon Book

Summary: VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Review: After reading the author's description of this book I was very excited at the prospect of enjoying many interesting restaurants and attractions in Europe during my upcoming vacation at reasonable savings. What I got instead was a fat book full of miniscule discounts(most 10%)and two for one drinks. There were a few 1/2 price coupons for discos and some hotels, but easily 75% of the coupons are for beverages. So unless you intend to drink your way across Europe, pass on this one. I returned my copy!

Summary: Excellent discounts at good places
Review: I first heard about European Treasures in an article in the Travel Section of my local paper. I decided to give the book a try on a trip later that month and saved a little more than $200. Most of the places I had heard about from other guide books and were in great locations. The only knock was that one or two were hard to find. I highly recommend the book for somebody going to at least two major European cities.
