Review: The authors clearly are writing from experience, and have put together an excellent collection of topics, many of which I had not thought of. The narrative is crisp and concise. There are several interesting extra features such as a rent-vs-buy methodology and planning for furniture purchases which I am now finally using. I have also started using the authors' web site which has the tools in computer form as well as location specific goodies. Neat book!
