Summary: Still Buggy After All This Time
Review: Well, the latest version of the ebookman operating system has arrived, v 1.08, and -- I still lose memory when I change batteries! This means you can't take the ebookman with you on a long weekend or vacation unless you also bring the PC you use to download new material. So far, Franklin's idea of technical support is to have a technician call me, sympathize, explain that the battery problem is in the operating system, and then offer no information when a new operating system will be available or when the problem will be fixed. What a pain!

Summary: Good, but be prepared to invest to get best operation
Review: When I first got his product, it was necessary to download more up to date versions of the operating systems, which is not a bad thing because that shows that the company is actually putting thought into making the product better.The only real hassle that comes with the product is that the battery life is short and the initial programs take up the majority of the memory. This makes it a must for the multimedia cards. To remedy the battery life situation, all one has to do is buy rechargeable batteries or an adapter kit and you are all set. As an overview of the product it is very functionable and is one of the more cheaper steals if you know where to look.

Summary: Pleasantly Surprised!
Review: Wow, I thought I was getting a deal buying this e-book reader with basic PIM function (which is enough for me) at this low price instead of paying Palm prices. I didn't even read the note of this Bonus Pack that came with it and was really surprised when I unpacked the device and saw a pack of extra styli, a USB laptop connector, ear phones and carry pouch, car lighter adapter, an audio car cassette kit, an AC power adapter with Europe connectors and a Cradle!!! What a value!! I feel guilty now for paying so little.
