Summary: Necessary for ALL Medical School Applicants
Review: As a medical school applicant, I find this book invaluable. It answers all of the questions you'll have when choosing the medical schools to which you'll apply. It includes: a statement about each school's mission, their curriculum, their selection criteria for incoming first-year students, as well as a table of statistics for last year's entering class, including: number applied in and out of state, number interviewed, number accepted, date of acceptance, tuition cost, etc. This book includes all AMCAS and NON-AMCAS schools as well as schools in Canada and Peurto Rico. Each school is highlighted on a consistent, easy to read two-page format. Unless you have access to a reference copy of this book, make the investment, it's well worth it! This book is useful for both the stellar applicants, i.e. those of you who can PICK yourself which school you'll be attending, and for those of you who are willing to go to any school who accepts you!

Summary: An Important Resourse
Review: This book helped me a great deal during the past year while applying to Med School. I even used it to help decide which school to attend once I was accepted. The only downside is that the info comes from the schools, so do you should do your own research to get actual student opinions.
