Rating: Summary: Love Him Forever By: Cherie Bennett Review: Love Him Forever is considered a romance book when it comes to genres. It is about a girl named Colleen Belmont. She is very interested in the paranormal. She has red hair, and green eyes, and is one of the most popular girls at her high school. She is a very caring individual, with some pretty crazy ideas. Some of the story is set in past life regressions that she has had done with her best friend, Betsy Wu. Besty is a very conservative person and is concerned about Colleen when it comes to her past life regressions. The setting is also that of Colleen's house, and her high school. All of her regressions point to one thing, that she must come to realize later on. In the story, Colleen has a boyfriend named Kevin, but she comes across a new student named Luke and is practically swept off her feet by his dashing looks and charm, although she knows that she loves Kevin. The ending of this book is quite a surprise, I would recommend reading it. Cherie Bennett has a unique writing style that, in its own ways, keeps you intrigued. The depth of her descriptions, whether it be about characters, or the setting, has a way of painting a vivid picture in your mind. One thing that I like about this book is that there aren't very many characters in this book, and the ones that are in it, are brought it one at a time. It makes the book much less confusing. Bennett does a great job of portraying the character's personality. This book is intended for the teenage audience. It is a not a real heavy read, but younger audiences might not find it very interesting because of the subject. Overall, I would say that this is a pretty good book if you are into romance, and the paranormal. I give it the thumbs up. Read the book and find out what happens.
Rating: Summary: Finally~a book on reincarnation for young teens! Review: Okay, this book is a lightweight. BUT . . . that's a strengthif you're a twelve year old. It has the facts straight, and introducesideas to kids who've stopped listening to Mama. Buy the book and let someone else do the talking for you~then read it yourself and have a conversation with your daughter~priceless! (We've given this one as a gift & gotten good feedback.)
