Summary: Mixed-Up Doubles a Treat for Young Readers
Review: I am so excited to be one of the first people to review the book Mixed-Up Doubles, by Elena Yates Eulo. I am a longtime fan of Ms. Eulo's adult writings, my favorite among them being her civil war novel, A Southern Woman. Ms. Eulo has brought her unique talent for story telling and her delicious feel for character to this new book, which has been written for a teenage audience. It is wonderful that young readers will have the chance to become engrossed in this rich and ultimately rewarding plot, to fall in love with characters as unique as their own next-door neighbors, and to be drawn into the pure fun of the way Ms. Eulo tells a story. I give this the highest recommendation possible. Thank You! Samantha Harper Macy
