Summary: alcohol and you- a good book for teens
Review: I recently purchased this book, Alcohol and You, for my teenage daughter who has developed a drinking problem. I read it first to make sure it was suitable for her. I found the book to be very informative although my daughter found there to be too many statistics. We both came out knowing more information on the affects of alcohol than before we actually read the book. I give this book a good recommendation. A word of caution: if you are buying this book for a loved one with a drinking problem, please read it also and discuss it rather than just handing the book over to him or her.
