Summary: A realistic, exciting and instructive little story.
Review: This is an exciting, instructive, and very well written adventure book about life in the Costa Rican rain forest and a 12 year-old boy from Minnesota who does a lot of growing up before the story ends. I would highly recommend it to any young person with an interest in Costa Rica, rain forest ecology and preservation, and especially neotropical monkeys.
