Writing Skills: Preparing for the Tasp Test

Review: I recently took the TASP test and I highly recommend this book. If you haven't written an essay in a while, or you've never been comfortable writing, this book is for you. I felt that this was going to be the hardest part for me on the TASP test and after working through only half of the material in this book and then taking the test, I received a PERFECT SCORE on the writing portion.

This book details the scoring methodology, and it gives information on each facet of the essay that will be evaluated (i.e., unity and focus, organization, effective sentences, etc.). The most valuable part was getting acquainted with what a perfect score essay looks like and there are many examples.

Buy this book. I don't think you'll regret it.
