Well, it is more difficult than you may think. But this amazing guidebook to the journey goes yard in assisting the young athletes and their parents along the journey. There's hard work ahead, but that's part of the late innings' excitement.

As a coach and parent, I appreciate this book for its advice and insights. I would highly recommend it to all who wish to take this trek as we support our children and continue to enjoy baseball with them into their college years!!
