Review: The story of Todd and Alex's friendship is one that many teens can relate too. Many times, teenagers are rumored to be something they are not, and this story portrays that in its rawest form. Not a story of homophobia, but a story of courage and compassion with a suprise ending. I highly reccomend this book to any teenager.

Review: Twelve Days in August is a book set in a small town in Vermont. Todd O'Conner is looking forward to the up coming school year unlike most people.He has soccer, his girlfriend Kai, and a car to drive. But trouble begins when twins Rita and Alex move to his small town from Los Angeles where Alex has had problems.Todd's world turns upside down when he finds him self having to make tough decisions along with taking bullying from teammate Randy Tovitch. Will Todd be ok, or will his problems defeat him?
