Summary: Highly Recommended!
Review: I broke up with my boyfriend on Sunday, and bought the book on Monday afternoon. I haven't read the other girlosophy books, but i swear to god, if you're on your couch and don't have the energy to get up and face the world, this book will get you doing something.

It offers practical advice on what to do right now, like eating healthy and working out, to get your body and your mind off thinking about your ex and feeling better, as well as advice on how to learn from what happened.

It made me realise that it wasn't anything I did wrong, or he did wrong, or anything we didn't do, either. It was absolutely meant to happen, and the most I can do now is learn from it. Maybe you aren't ready for this kind of advice right now, but if you've broken up with your significant other, or if you know someone who has (male or female) this gets you on the road to feeling better about yourself and the relationship.

It helps you move on.

The reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because it is new-age-ish and I'm a christian, but I find it easy to substitute 'the universe' with 'god'.

I hope this helps.

Summary: I haven't yet got it but this looks fine!
Review: I'm getting this book on Wednesday so even though I haven't read it, I looked on the web and this is what I know:

Anthea talks about breakups (how to quit one, how to cope if you didn't do the quitting of the relationship) and gives you the spiritual, mental and physical (er, not THAT sort of physical) way to get over it.

It's the same size as The Oracle but has more pages.

It looks a decent read, even if you have never had a relationship like me, but for one thing if you're just about ready to find Mr Right then get the book in case you find a toad and don't know how to cope with the pain.

It seems to be a first edition, so it's worth a bit.

Therefore it looks a good book so get it.
