Rating: Summary: The Bigfoot Mystery - An Excellent Adventure! Review: For those of you who would like to know more about Bigfoot, in a fun, interesting setting, this book is for you! Most Bigfoot books are pretty dry and hard to keep your attention. Robert Leiterman does an excellent job of weaving lore, history, and scientific methods into a wonderful story of two young boys who have a sighting and seek to learn more about what they saw. Before you know it, you will have learned more about the creature and the methods that modern day researchers use than you ever thought possible! I highly recommend this book to anyone!
Rating: Summary: Bigfoot mystery Review: The title says it all. The author does an excellent job of weaving his tale through the eyes of two young brothers who stumble upon an unusual site while hiking in the redwoods. After their encounter they go searching for answers with their family and find more questions at times than answers. The author keeps the story interesting with a mix of science, natural history, and good characters based in a family atmosphere. Great for young and older readers. Can't wait to explore "Yeti or Not"
Rating: Summary: Yeti - Sasquatch - Big Foot : Pretty Big shoes to fill! Review: This first book in a series of Bigfoot mystery novels for young readers is an excellent book. It's a nice introduction to the world of cryptozoology and a good informational source of natural resources. Writers get better with each practice and the sequel to this book is "Yeti or Not, Here we come!" is even better! If Yeti's aren't your thing, buy this book for its insight into natural resources and I also strongly recommend his natural resource book, "Great Valley Grassland Adventure."
