Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Strangley I liked It?
Review: To tell the truth I hated this book so much, but I for some reason could not put it down! and for that I had to give it 5 stars because it is very rare for me to find a book I can read from start to finish in a couple of hours!
I hated the book because it was such a stereotype. Raven was such a Gothic Stereotype, I have been part of the Gothic culture for 7 years now and I have yet to meet a Gothic person like her, she says the word "Gothic guy" "Goth this" "Goth that" like a million times as if she likes hearing herself say the word, and she just seems to think Gothic people are above everyone else and she is just kinda snobby! With Goth you have to take the Bull crap people give you, but she was such a snob to everyone but her friend.
But other then that I thought she was kinda a cute girl! I loved what she did to that guy in the forest (I wont spoil it for others who have not read the book) and I just pictured myself doing that to all my highschool bullies who would pour pigs blood down the back of my shirt and I had to smile so much at how the popular guy was beat down by the misfit!
And I loved the ending, it was rally the only thing I loved about the book, it was very cleaver and smart, and makes you think.
So I am glad other people have enjoyed it and for some reason I wanna read it again and again, despite the fact I really hate it!
Blessed Be!

Summary: Vampire Kisses
Review: Vampire Kisses is a wonderfully written book by Ellen Schreiber. I think this book is good because it is very descriptive and makes me never want to put it down. This book is about a girl named Raven Madison who is a vampire obsessed goth. She is the outcast of the town Dullsville. She almost always wears black and likes the nighttime. First, she only beleived that vampires were only fantasy when a family who were like vampires moves into a house some kids called The Mansion. This house was Raven's favorite house in all of Dullsville. Raven also has a enemy named Trevor Mitchell. The family who moved into the old haunted house, the Sterlings, had a son called Alexander. Raven came to like Alexander, maybe because he was like her in many ways. Then they start seeing each other and one day Raven took Alexander to her school dance, the Snow Ball. However, instead of the night that Raven wanted, it was the complete opposite. It all started with Trevor making fun of the "Monster Couple" and him telling Alexander that Raven was only using him. I felt really sad for Raven that time.
I liked this book because it was exciting for me to read. I liked all the adventures that Raven did. I wish that my life was similar to hers except for the part where she always gets into trouble. Raven got to do many fun stuff and adventures in her life and that was one reason why I liked that book. One of my favorite quotes is, " I want to be... a vampire!" This is one of my favorite quotes because it signifies the differences of others and that they can be whatever they want to be.
Another one of my favorite quotes is, " Bats are blind, but this one seemed to be starting right into my soul." I like this quote because it states that no matter what you are or what you look like, you will always know who your true friend is. I also liked this quote because it seems mysterious and makes me not know what comes next. I really enjoyed this book and hope to read something like it again.
... Like I said before, I really liked this book. Vampire Kisses is my favorite book right now. I hope that I can read more books like this later on.
