Summary: Excellent Historical Novel
Review: I enjoyed reading this book even though I am far older than the age group it is written for. (I was preview reading it before giving it to my nephews) I was impressed with the style of writing as well as the story itself. The vocabulary is not dumbed down, nor does the author shy away from showing the ugly realities of the time and place the story happens. This is a very good book.
