Summary: Into Confusion and Oblivion
Review: I don't know how Lynne Ewing came up with this story. I was looking forward to reading about Serena because she seemed to be one of the more interesting characters and was I sorely disappointed. I don't understand how you can have a romance in a book and not really give the reader anything to go on. If Serena can't remember her memories, then how are we supposed to get a feel for a connection between her and Stanton? They had absolutely no chemistry to me. Stanton and Vanessa seemed to have more chemistry to me. Too bad Lynne didn't hook Michael up with someone else later in the series. I think Vanessa and Stanton would have made a better couple personally. I understand others might have a different opinion, but that's just how I feel about it.

I give it 2.5 stars for at least being well-written, if not the most interesting or the best of the series. So far, it's my least favorite.

Summary: Best Series I've ever read!!!
Review: I've already written a review for the first book, but I believe that this book is better than the first. I love Serena's attitude and how she is the key to the Atrox. I also love how she realizes that someone who is in league with evil may not exactly be evil itself. Somehow this series seems to get better. I've read this book six times and I never get tired of it. If I could recommend a better series then I would but this is the best series I've read.

Summary: the best book ever
Review: Into the Cold Fire is one of the best books ever! Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down untill I was done and then I read it over and over and over again. Lynne Ewing has a knack for getting you sucked into books that won't let you out untill you're finished

Summary: not as good as the first but still...
Review: Serena has witnessed a followers ceremony and mysteriously forgotten what had happened about 2 hrs later. She noticed she had bruises covering her arms and her hands are all scraped up.The new guy in her school, Zahi, has also started to notice her. A few days later Stanton, a follower, comes to her room to warn her that Zahi is a powerful follower who is tring to trick her into becomig one. He also told her that he had been erasing her memories of other times when he had warned her and spent time with her. Of course she doesn't believe her. When ever Zahi pushes her into the fire, Stanton pulls her out and helps her escape. Serena, along with the other daughters make a plan to turn Zahi back into a human again. They are successful in doing that but in the process, Serena falls into the Cold Fire. Jimena risks her life tring to save Serena. Serena has a key an old lady gives her and she uses the key to guide Jimena back to life(the book explains that). The book is a big suprise compared to the last book. You must read this one before you read the others(3-10) or you will not be as suprised.

Summary: One of the Best
Review: Serena is my favorite character in the series. She can read people's minds. She also reads people's fortune from cards, but she charges 20 dollars. It starts off where she's walking on the beach, and her brother is out in the distance surfing. She keeps walking and walkling, until she comes to this group of people chanting around a fire. She gets closer and she see's that there's a person standing in the fire, and no one is doing anything about it. She runs to the person and accidently brushes her hand in the fire, but it's cold. Suddenly she recognizes some of the people chanting lecta (which means chosen one) around the fire are followers. She see's Stanton, and everything starts going down hill. He calls her by her real name, Serena, but normaly he just calls her goddess. She asks him how he knows her name. He looks at her funny and says she told him, and if she's feeling alright. Serena panicks and runs, Stanton runs after her gaining on her, and that's all she can remember, she wakes up on the beach with scratches and bruises. There's also a new kid, Zahi, and she likes him. But Stanton comes with a suprise visit, and says that Zahi is a powerfull follower, and is taking away her feelings and memories of him and her being together. But she doesn't believe him because Zahi is so sweet, or is he?

Summary: Really Good
Review: This is a really good book it is about Serena (my favorite character) She has stumbled onto a ceremony where the fire is cold. Instead of hot. While she's there she see's Stanton and starts to run. He catches her but she passes out. She wakes up sometime later not knowing what happened. Also while she's at school she meets this guy named Zahi she starts falling for him. But Stanton comes and warns her that Zahi is a follower and taking away memories of her and him being together. Well I'm not going to say any more because it will ruin it for you.
