Rating: Summary: One of the best books I've ever read Review: This book was one of the best books I've ever read. It was so much like a real relationship that it was scary. The characters of Lauren and Spencer were written about fantastically and the way their love blossmed was the best. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves young adult romance novels like this one. This is one that will be read over and over many times.
Rating: Summary: The only book I can read over and over again Review: I hate to read but after my best friend read this book I had to get it I finished it in 2 days. I loved this book I started reading it again for the 4th time. This book never gets old!
Rating: Summary: This book spoke to my heart. Review: When I first bought this book, I didn't think that I would like it very much. However, I quickly learned that I was wrong. Lauren and Spencer have changed my life. Their thoughts, their emotions, their fears and insecurities... everything about them hit so close to home. I haven't been through all of the same experiences as they have, but as I read this book, I felt like I was Lauren; it was like Ms. Hahn had viewed my soul and written about it. Reading this book is like a religious experience for me and I gain something new from it every time I pick it up. Thank you, Ms. Hahn.
Rating: Summary: Truely captivating! It will have you laughing, then crying. Review: I found this book in my school library and had read it in like a day. I fell in love with the book so much I went out to the book store and bought it! And I'm sure all you teenage girls will fall in love with Spencer, I did. He's sweet, even though he's disturbed. And when the authour used Max Michael (the model on the cover who is portraying Spencer) she knew exactly what she was doing. He's gorgeous, and his looks fit the real Spencer's personality in the book! "The Wind Blows Backward" would get a 100 if I could give it one!
Rating: Summary: The best book in the world! Review: This book will really touch you. I can relate to many of the characters. I've read it over and over again. Everytime I'm laghing at parts and then crying at others. I don't want to go anywhere without it. I carry it around to all of my classes in school and everywhere in my house because I'm afraid of losing it. This book is sure to keep your interest and give you a desire to be right with these people in it.
Rating: Summary: This is the Second Best book written by Mary Downing Hahn! Review: I have read this book about 20 times! I recomend this book to all my friends!!
Rating: Summary: I can relate to this book greatly! Review: This book made me think about life, and how some people suffer so much from just little things. I read it 3 times so far! I fell in love with the characters.
Rating: Summary: The book I've ever read!! Review: I read this book, then immediately read it again. So far, I've read it atleast 5 times, and I find something new in it every time. A totally captivating and engrossing book. The poetry added into it is very thought provoking. A must read!!
Rating: Summary: For maturer readers Review: Lauren and Spencer belong together like peanut butter and jelly. But with Spencer's mood swings and his accident, it's like someone taking a bite out of the sandwich. Their love is tested. But Lauren loved him strong enough, and in the end almost everything turned out fine.
Rating: Summary: The best book ever Review: I read this book for the first time when I was about 15 and I identified with the main character Lauren so much at the time. Any teenage girl between 14 to even 21 should read this book. I am now 24 and find myself picking up the book on a rainy day and still enjoying it like it was the first time I read it. Wouldn't it be cool if the book turned into a movie???
