Summary: Psychological thriller
Review: Frightening themes of manipulation, obsession, and stalking. Ashley is a typical teenager with a heavy load of responsibility caring for her invalid mother. Her only way of reacting to her constricted life is to become "Cindy", leaving her mark on buildings for everyone to see. But someone has found out who "Cindy" really is...and is watching her every move. The reader will become quickly engaged in this cat and mouse thriller, and in the end may be thrown by the shift in characters. Readers beware: Trust No One.

Summary: "Tightrope" a great book for teens
Review: I am 14 and couldn't wait till the end of this book, to hear the outcome of the twisting and captivating plot. It is a wonderful book for all teens to read. Each page keeps the reader motivated to read on. Even teens who don't read as much as they should will enjoy this book. The setting is in a place called The Strip, where gangs, graffiti and late night parties rule the world. All the evil happening in The Strip is fought by one hero determined to correct them. Cindy, the "perfect" daughter of the book, has a secret. She's an "A" average student in the day who takes care of her sick mother and a graffiti artist by night. I encourage other teens to read this book, it's fast-paced and mind-boggling.

Summary: A pretty good read...
Review: I really liked the secret life of Ashley. I liked the development of the plot and the mystery. The only thing that really bugged me was that I could never figure out how old Geoffrey was. I mean, he had such a big crush on Ashley yet he was never in a school scene. Then he would work at the store and stuff. That messed with my head because I couldn't figure out if he was Ashley's age or older.

Review: I'm a 13 year old girl and i really enjoyed this book. It isn't a boring mystery, it is interesting and the many twists really make the story a great one. I read the book in a day. The outcome of the story was really suprising and left me thinking after i put down the book.

Summary: Highly recommended!
Review: Man, this book is good! It has all the things a book needs: a unique plot, an unlikely hero, emotional drama and thinking points. It is a very non-stereotypical book and very engaging. The characters, especially Ashley, are very appealing too and unlike characters you find in normal teenage fiction. And at the end of the book, you will leave thoughtful and inspired. Do read it guys!

Summary: Amazing book!
Review: This is an absolutely amazing book! I loved it a lot. I have never read another book like this one- the setting, the characters, the creepy themes of obsession and stalking. It is not the type of book you can just pick up one afternoon and then be done with it by evening. It draws you in, twists your stomach, and makes you think! Very well done. I would not reccomend this for everyone, but if you have read anything else by Gillian Cross, definitely read this. I enjoyed it a lot.
