Review: This is a really good book. I read this when i was 12 and I loved it. It's about a wolf who is treated unfairly until two men come and help him.

Summary: Excellent adventure book
Review: The book White Fang was well written by Jack London and its truly about survival. It starts out talking about two men, Bill and Henry, who are out in the wild with their pack of dogs. Some of their dogs disappear because they are lured in by a she-wolf of another pack and are killed. Bill tries to shoot one of the wolves to save their dogs. The only problem is he only has three bullets. He misses and gets eaten by the pack. Henry makes a fire to try to keep the wolves away and is almost eaten but is saved by some men that were traveling nearby. The pack of wolves keeps moving on with the she-wolf leading the pack and then they find food and there the pack starts to split up. The she-wolf splits up with another wolf and she has some little puppies. Only one survives and gets nourished by his mother in a cave. He wonders off one day to get a drink and sees his first humans and he bites one of them. The men know his mother, Kiche, and the pup meets his first owner. His name is Grey Beaver who sees the pups white fangs and gives him the name White Fang. White Fang becomes ferocious in camp and is hated by his kind and by manhood. He then becomes a fighter and runs away. He later finds Grey and he gets sold to Beauty Smith, a really cruel man, who beats him and enters him into fights. He switches owners again to Weedon Scott who actually takes care of him. This was the best book I have ever read and I suggest this book to anyone who enjoys books about the adventure in nature.

Review: I read it in 3rd and in 4th. It's a great book and I enjoyed it very much. It's kinda funny that White Fang goes from wild to domestic. He is a great wolf and I wish he was real. The book took me to the life of being a sled dog. I reccomend it to grades 4th and up

Summary: A story of survival, White Fang.
Review: The book White Fang, by Jack London is a excellent novel about survival, love, and loyalty. White Fang, a cross between a wolf and a dog must learn to survive in the void of the north. He is found by Indians and soon becomes one of their dogs. There he fights often with the other dogs and soon becomes feared because of his fighting ability. He then travels to a place where he is sold to a man that uses him only for fighting. He ultimatly loses a fight to a bulldog, being almost killed in the process. After the fight he is bought by Weedon Scott who teaches him the true meaning of love. The main character is White Fang, a cross between a wolf and a dog. He is big for a dog. He is very capable of surviving in the wild. London has developed him very well and I think that he may be the best character in all of Londons writings. I would recomend this book to anyone and everyone with an interest in reading. I think that many more schools should include this book in their curriculum. It shows the reader that life is not a stroll in the park. Many more people need to realize that. Hopefully, the book will help readers learn that they need to work to survive, no matter where they are.

Summary: Every Kid Should Read Jack London
Review: White Fang is one of my favorite books of all time and Jack London is one of my favorite authors of all time. This is just a great book as is Call of the Wild. Teachers should assign this book and kids should read it. This is an enjoyable reading experience. Forget the movie versions, read this great book.

Review: This book is truly an epic. You will only understand it more clearly when you figure out this book is not only about White Fang, but about civilization. Just as White Fang starts out in the wild killing, then changing when he is taken by man, and finally becoming a domesticated animal, so did humans begin on this planet wild and primitive evolving over the years and ages until we reached this stage where we do not have to live outside killing our own food. White Fang is not just about a wolf, it is about life itself.

Review: this book begans with two men how are traveling across alaska. they are eatten by wolves. one wolf has a pup named White Fang. the pup is mistreated all throw out the book. he eventually found piece with a nice man named Scott. i recommend that you do not read this book. because it is very drawn out. loundon gives too many examples and discriptions. another reason i think this book was written by a ten year old. he repeats himself throughout the entire book.

Review: Masterfully done, White Fang is ultimately a story of love. The cruelty and hardship and bitterness of the Wild, bored into the very essence of a wolf-dog named White Fang, whose heart is turned cold as stone by the cruel hand of man and of the Wild. A killer, more wolf than dog; even his own kind turned against him. His mother taken away before his very eyes when he was only a puppy; reunited years later, even she does not recognize him and turns her back on him, as have all of his kind, growling and snarling at him; the enemy of his kind. Hatred towards every living thing posesses him, until he does not even remember what love is. It is not until a man named Weedon Scott appears, and saves White Fang from certain death, that White Fang's life is changed. Scott is the opposite of all that he had come to know in life, and very, very gradually, White Fang comes to know love, for the very first time. This story stays as one of my favorite, and the best, pieces of literature of all time, and anyone who has not read it is sincerely missing out. White Fang, is definately, Jack London at his best.

Review: White Fang is about a half dog half wolf,that was found by the indiansin the north forest. It was in the later 1800s- and early 1900s. When the Indians found White Fang they treated him like a slave. They would beat and tease him and also work him very hard.The white men would treat him even worse than the indians. White Fang lived with thew indians for a while, they trained him to be mean and kill whatever trespassed. They called him the killer dog, and he was. A guy by the name Beuty Smith found White Fang and was no better than the indians since him also made him fight other dogs. After a while White Fang ran away into the wild with other animals.The other wolves wouldn't let him run the pack because he was half dog. There was one dog named Collie who wasn't really nic eto White Fang. I thought that this book was very interesting and I would definatly reccomend it to another person.
