Summary: Sappy Boring Horse Lover Story
Review: I have read a Diane Lee Wilson book and this is bad. We all read this in class but it's a bad class book. It's only focused on a horse so only horse lovers like it. It's musty, cloudy, slow, boring and hard to get into. Especially if your not a horse fan. The only exciting part in the whole book is the 2 chapters in the end like the race and even then you're kind of BORED! From a person who doesn't like horses prespective it was confusing, boring, sappy and easy to predict. It was horrible about her mother and there were some EXTREMLY inappropriate parts for kids. It was horrible. I would omly reccomend this book to extreme horse lovers

Review: I liked the book I Rode a Horse of Milk White Jade. It is okay. My favorite parts in the book are when Oyuna befriends the Khan and when she wins the long race, too. My least favorite parts are when Oyuna's mother and grand mother die. The book is told in first person, so it felt as if I were Oyuna, experiencing everything she did. I like it a lot, but I can't help but wonder what the names of Oyuna's parents are. Otherwise, I loved the book, mostly because animals are involved.

Review: I think that this is a a good book. If I hadn't read it in class, I probably wouldn't have picked it up. That would have been a wasted book because it was good. This book is about a girl who leaves her home to search for her dream. This book is based in China and Mongolia so you might like to read it if your studying China or Mongolia. Also, if you like adventure or historical-fiction books, then check it out.

Review: I think this is an ok book. It surprises you in many places where you don't expect it. This book is a way to feel how it was in the time the Khans ruled. If you like adventures, this is a good book to read. I think you should read this book. I recommend it. It is mainly about a girl who's mother died and she got a horse who's leg was not very well. She is on a long trip to a place with many fast mares. And she hopes she gets to find them and win a big race.

Review: never judge a book by its cover! please!! with its beautiful, detailed cover it turned out to move a fast as the cover looks good(thats pretty fast!)! and it's just all around weird. one minute you're here the next you're there and then you're talking to kubali khan. I could barely keep up with it! and when it was slow (rarley ever) I had no idea what was going on because all the important parts happened when the book was going fast. as I said before this book was very confusing to me.
