This book is a clever combination of an appealing title, an attractive cover, a motley cast of characters, a riveting story line and best of all, an inviting no-nonsense Christian solution to teen problems. Review: This book is excellent for all ages! Especially if you've ever felt like the black sheep of the family, or have been on the outside looking in. If you feel like you don't fit in and are trying to find a way to fit in--somewhere. Or even if you feel like you're on top of it all and have the world by the tail. Think again! This book shows the struggles that many face at some time in their lives. But most importantly, it shows there's a way to overcome lifes most difficult situations--even the stress of always being put on a pedastal and having to maintain that level of perfection, in order to please others. Nancy shows how you can have faith to overcome the difficult circumstances in your life--but that it doesn't come about by sitting around and waiting for it to come to you. In the beginning of the story, Shane is dealing with the difficulties of measuring up and failing to do so. We see how he finds the answers to his questions and works hard to overcome his difficulties in spite of opposition. I found myself pulling for him and cheering him on. You'll love this book!
