Rating: Summary: One of the BEST Books, of our time Review: Every one MUST read this. Hinn authentically, on the basis of WORD of GOD, declares that Holy Spirit is a divine person, not some mistiycal idea. Hinn smashes mordern day pharisees, as Jesus did. Pharisees will oppose him with lies, but Holy Spirit sustains His minister. Read honestly, be true to yourself. Get saved in JESUS' NAME
Rating: Summary: Life changing experience with a new friend, the Holy Spirit Review: This book opened my eyes to the wonderful relationship that I can have with the Holy Spirit and God the Father and God the Son. It changed my life and my families life. You must read it and pass it along to a friend.Mark
Rating: Summary: Definitely from an inspired person! Review: Yes, Benny Hinn may appear strange, and often eccentric, on his television program. But the Truths that flowed from this marvelous book, and its scrupulous adherence to Scripture, nailed me to my own sins and, in particular, to my almost complete disregard for the Third Person of the Trinity. A "must read" for most persons who have not yet begun to enjoy the fruits of their faith--and a good read for Christians too!
Rating: Summary: Don'y Buy This Trash Review: Benny Hinn is an evil man. read 'The Tales of Alvin Maker' by orson Scott card and understand the mentality of him and his ilk - using the hopes of the vulnerable and weak as a route to power and wealth. Charismatic preachers are all after the rush of power they get from holding crowds in the palms of their sweaty hands. This has NOTHING to do with God and everything to do with Hinn's boundless ego.
Rating: Summary: Another introduction to spiritism Review: This is the second book I read by Benny Hinn. Useful as a help for spiritist/occult experiences. What I do not understand is that many Christians think this is to be a Holy Christian book. The work of an angel of light?
Rating: Summary: Does it really matter? Review: Benny Hinn couldn't care less if people liked his book or plain hated it. He's just in it for the money, and has made a very successful life out of duping and conning the gullible masses. Hinn also couldn't care less about the Bible either, so save your criticisms, because he's made a lot of money of your ignorance and will continue to lie and exploit to furnish his extravagant lifestyle. It's so hard to believe that people buy into his lies!
Rating: Summary: What would Malachi say about 'Good morning holy spirit'..... Review: Don't be so naive to think that all Christians who preach or write a book are from God. This is not a message from so called 'faith-healer' Benny Hinn, but from the book of Malachi in the bible. In Malachi, the teachers in that day taught God's word in such a way that would please the people, not God. They were false prophets. They only preached when they got recognized or paid for it, and as if that weren't enough, they actually had the audacity to stand up and say 'I am a man of God, my teachings are from God'. But Malachi gave a message from the Lord that because of them, Jerusalem would be torn apart and left in ruins. That was in B.C. times and a few hundred years later, Malachi's prophecy came true, and it came true because it was from God. The babalonians trampled Jerusalem just like Malachi said would happen. So why is Benny Hinn a false prophet, and what is a real prophet like? A real prophet is someone who doesn't seek to be honored, but seeks only to please God no matter what the cost. All the religious leaders in Malachi's day hated him but Malachi continued on because he knew that what he had to say was from the Lord. If a man who says he honors God is actually honored more than God is, you can know that he is not from God. As Jesus said to Capernaum, a pharisees in Luke 10:15- (you) which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. Matthew 7:15 Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. Matthew 24:24 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect--if that were possible. In conclusion, 'Good morning holy spirit' is a book filled with pages after pages of nonsense. I recommend the biblically sound book, The confusing World of Benny Hinn by G. Richard Fisher, and M. Kurt Goedelman. If anyone has already read 'Good morning holy spirit', I encourage them to: 1 John 4:1 do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Be like the Bereans who Acts 17:11- received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Rating: Summary: Don't Ignore This Book! Review: Much of GMHS is biographical, with stories calculated to soften up the gullible in preparation for Benny's "teaching." After all, any man who has seen Jesus must know what he is talking about, right? (see pp 22, 31.) Uh, no. When Benny starts to talk about the Trinity, he goes into heretical territory. In the first edition of GMHS, Hinn argues that each member of the Trinity has a separate "Spirit, Soul, and Body" (pp 80-92.) It gets worse. He goes on to say that each member of the Trinity has a separate will, allowing each to decide on his own, though always in harmony with the others. Hinn goes on to be more blunt: he says that "the Trinity, as we see, is comprised of three distinct and unique entites." (pg 140.) Go to the back of the class, Benny. This winds up being tritheistic (belief in three gods). Christianity is and always has been monotheistic: God is one in essence, and three in person. Check any of the historical creeds, and see. The first line of the Nicene creed starts like this: "We believe in one God..." Deuteronomy 6:4 is a key verse in this regard: "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one!" As if that isn't bad enough (and it gets worse), Benny argues that "had the Holy Spirit not been with Jesus, He would have ["may have likely,"2d ed.]sinned...Without the Holy Ghost Jesus would ["may," 2d ed.] have never made it." (pg 135.) This is blasphemous! Jesus said he raised himself from the dead! (John 10:17-18.) Like I said, don't ignore this book: destroy every copy you can get your hands on.
Rating: Summary: Junk Food for the Christian Soul Review: From the man who brought us the nine person Trinity comes the latest in a long line of spiritual junk food. If you want to read something of substance about the Holy Spirit by an actual Christian read the ancient classic by St Basil "On the Holy Spirit." What's next, "Would you like some fries with that, Holy Spirit?"
