Rating: Summary: Great!!!!! Review: I love the Saddle Club, but as i am 15 i felt they were a little too young for me and weren't long enough, so when i found this, the mature version i had to buy it!! The bit with the accident keep me on the edge of my seat and overall i loved it, the only reason why it got 4 stars rather than 5 was because i would of prefered more horses, which seem to have been swaped for boys, although that could be a good thing!!!!!
Rating: Summary: awsome Review: I love this book the part when the girls get in a accident and calley gets hurt almost made me cry it just goes to show you what a great author you are... Keep them coming!!!
Rating: Summary: One of the BEST!!!!! Review: I loved the first book in Bonnie Bryant's new series. I have enjoyed reading "The Saddle Club" since I was 7 years old. Now I am 11 and I love reading the Pine Hollow series...This is one I would definately rate 10 stars!
Rating: Summary: LOVED IT! Review: I loved this book. I've always loved horses, and THE SADDLE CLUB had always been one of my favorites to sit down and read, and now I'm hooked on PINE HOLLOW. I do miss the fact that Stevie is over her practical joking, but I can do with out it. Anyway this was a great book, and to anyone you hasn't read it, I highly suggest it!
Rating: Summary: Great For Horse People! Review: I never had much intrest in the Saddle Club books because they mainly focused on English riding and I ride western. But I fell in love with the Pine Hollow series! The books do go into English riding, but the big feature is the personal life of each rider. The books are hard to put down once you start and it's almost impossible to only read one book out of the whole series without buying all of them! I recommend this book to anyone who has an intrest in horses, no matter what kind of riding you do.
Rating: Summary: Great book!!!!!!!!!! Review: I really enjoyed this book. Finally Lisa, Carole and Stevie have grown up. To bad the next book isn't coming soon
Rating: Summary: so sorry I wasted my money... I'll save it next time! Review: I really hate books and series like this one. I mean, overaged writers trying to make us believe that they really know what's going on in our heads, when they obviously do not- at all. Please save your ink, Ms. Bryant, until you have come up with a good and realistic novel. And as for the chracters, they are all goody-goodies, and I wouldn't ever like to be associated with them.
Rating: Summary: I enjoyed this book very much and would recomend it. : ) Review: I started reading the Saddle Clud when I was about 8 years old and I loved it! Over the years I would look forward to getting a new book when I went to the store. Even though I loved the Saddle Club they were just to easy for me so I gradually stopped reading them. When the new Pine Hallow series it was great because my one major complaint about the books was that Carole, Stevie and Lisa never seemed to grow up. I'm looking forward to reading their new adventures as they finally grow up! My last comment is for Ms. Brayant if your characters were a little less perfect it would make the stories more believeable and the characters more interesting. Even if they don't change I'll keep reading them because they are enjoyable the way they are. : )
Rating: Summary: Real people, real problems... Review: I think this seris is a WAYYYY better than the Saddle Club. They're adults and they're treated like it while facing teenager's problems like drinking and driving and cheating on tests and still have time to spend with their horses. Not everything works out in the way they want, and that's what I like about it...it's not like when they were young and everything ended up good for them, no matter how much trouble they were in. I think this seris is very good if you want real people with real problems that you can relate to.
Rating: Summary: GOOD! Review: I thought this book was good, the girls still seem real horse crazy but they seem more aware of the world , like theyve got real life problems. They dont seem to have changed too much, but ive a question what happened to Veronica DiAngelo? Anyway i would recomend this book, it was a good read!
