Summary: the luckiest kids in the world. A pony party
Review: Although this book was very confusing in certain parts i enjoyed it very much. it answered many questions, and brought on many more.
with so many letters and pictures this book was very interesting.
i did like it but gave it 3 stars becase at lest half of the book was confusing. i've read all these books up to 9 and havent been able to find the rest in the school library becasue someone is constantly reading them. Lemony Snicket** is a wonderful author.

** anyone know his real name???

Summary: Unfortunate? Mabye, but it's great anyway.
Review: I have gone to all the local bookstores, Borders, Barnes and Noble, and B. Dalton. None of them had this book. I even went on the Barnes and Noble website, copied the exact title into the search bar and the book didn't show up (on the site.) Is it not sold in the U.S? The only person to review this book is from Greenland. Also the only books you can buy in the Amazon "buy new and used books" section are from Amozon itself or from U.K bookstore. Please E-mail me if you have any answers. Thanks!

Summary: I am in Very Frightening Danger!
Review: I have my own little commonplace book--a very discreet 6-inch black one that would just look like a small school notebook. It was empty before I read this book (of course disguising it as "The Pony Party"--hooray for adorable ponies!), and then it was half-full of clues and secrets when I was finished.

You might want to try to read the books all the way up to #11 before you start reading this thing. It's chock-full of secrets and hints at why certain people want this author and his associates dead.

When I read the first book, I had no idea that such secrets would be hidden inside the series. Then I read his autobiography and realized just how in depth the books were.

Excellent read, very obscure. You will miss some secrets in the book if you haven't read all the tales of the Baudelaires, so look closely for some important things hidden here.

Summary: A Cryptic Overview of "Events"
Review: In this Unauthorized Autobiography (which is of course a joke in the sense that an autobiography, by its definition, is always authorized) both sheds some light on the mysterious Lemony Snicket while simultaneously making things even murkier.
Through a collection of notes, letters, photos, encrypted messages, and recorded minutes from secret V.F.D. meetings, we are very slightly given more information about the mysterious "volunteer" organization as well as some interesting details about Snicket's life before his documentation of the Baudelaire children and his run from the law.
If you haven't read any of the "Series of Unfortunate Events" books yet, don't even try to read this one, as you will have no idea what is going on. For those of you who have been reading them, wait until about Book 6, 7, or 8 to begin reading this so that it will make the most amount of sense. The world is quiet here.

Summary: Creepy, Cryptic Fun, and Snicket's Work at its' Best
Review: So there I was, all set to snuggle up with a new book promising lucky adventures for the Luckiest Kids in the World!!!!! Admittedly, I was excited to read about happy children for a change, and after all, who really doesn't love ponies? But upon opening the book I found myself not in Lucky Pony Party Land, but lost in a quagmire of documents, letters, and photographs. Despite my desire to read about ponies I quickly became immersed in a fantastic mystery puzzle. Now I feel like the Luckiest Kid in the World! Yay, let's skip!
