Dragons of Autumn Twilight

Summary: A fantasy classic
Review: This is my second time through this novel, the first being about 12 years ago. Reading the book again was like coming back to an old friend. I don't know what makes one fantasy novel successful while others aren't, but this one has great characters and a great background. I've read about ten of the Dragonlance titles, and I was surprised at how well this one foretells what will happen in the rest. Since it was the first, I expected to find a few more inconsistencies or things the authors didn't quite think through until later. That is not the case. Anyway, this is a very entertaining novel. There is comedy, adventure and romance, all of the necessary ingredients for a great fantasy romp.

Review: This is an amazing book with great caracters and a good plot. There is magic, monsters, and fighting. This is one of the best books in the series. And if you love this book you should read the rest of them. They are all excelant books.

Review: Well I guess to actualy rate Dragons of Autumn Twighlight. You would need first to finish the cronicles and then rate them all because not only one is good enough. You have to read them all. They all rule, together, but seperate their missing something.

Review: This book is the first of the trilogy Dragonlance Chronicles, and all three books were great. They all hold your attention from cover to cover, and the characters are wonderful. I would recommend these books to anyone who enjoys reading fantasy type books.

Review: I've read half this book and am having trouble getting through the one-dimensinal narrative. It reads like a B-movie for Dragonmasters. While, as a former D&D fan, it is fun to read almost any tale of fantasy, I have encountered much better. Consider George R. R. Martin or Tad Williams.

Summary: Fantasy at its finest
Review: I had never been interested in fantasy until someone bought this book for me. I have had it only a few years and i have to have read the whole series now at least 8 times. No story i have read has kept me coming back for more. The characters in the story bring out your emotions and you feel their losses, triumphs, and tribulations every time you read it. I have read tolkien's fantasies only once, while i return to dragonlance again and again. I would recommend these books to anyone who wishes to enter a romantic fantasy world for a while. These are the some of the best you'll find.
