Summary: Enjoyable Addition to the Teen Fiction Genre
Review: Sixteen-year-old Lila Moreno, and her two best friends Caressa Thibodoux and Meryl Morgenstern, are utter mutans in the high school social scene. And it's not because of something any of them have done. No, that's not the case. It's more of who their Fathers are that scares guys away. You see, Lila's Dad is the chief-of-police, Caressa's Dad is this uber-famous musician, and Meryl's Father is not only the driver's ed teacher, and the football coach, but also the dean of discipline at school. Due to their Fathers' chosen careers, all guys are utterly terrified to even step one toe near any of the girls. Hence, they have never had a date, and at this rate, they never will. Until the three friends decide to take matters into their own hands, and hold a Dumb Supper - a Celtic ritual that can show girls who their soulmates are - on the night of the homecoming dance. Now their Dumb Supper has backfired, and is pointing all of them in the wrong directions, and making a complete mockery of their dating lives.

Following in the footsteps of such teen fiction writers as Meg Cabot, and Louise Rennison, Lynda Sandoval has created an enjoyable novel that entwines the crazy lives of three likable characters, into one quick read. Each girl possesses her very own, unique traits that will be enjoyed by female readers young and old; while the crazy situations each girl gets herself into will have readers rolling on the floor laughing. An enjoyable new read for fans of teen fiction, in general.

Summary: WOW - WHAT A GREAT STORY
Review: This is the best Young Adult book I have read in a long long time. Lynda really makes you feel for the characters all the while making you laugh out loud at their crazy antics and sarcastic comments. I absolutely loved it!! Watch out Meg Cabot, Lynda is on your heels.
