Rating: Summary: This Book is Awesome. Review: This book is a must read for all people who like historical fiction. The history taught in the book is wonderful and the fictional storyline keeps you on the edge of your seat!! Awesome book Ms. Rinaldi!
Rating: Summary: This novel is very interesting and worth reading. Review: This book is powerful yet sad, it talks about the horror of the Salem Witch Trials, as unfair as they were. Ann Rinaldi tells the story of the hysteria that gripped Salem in 1692 from the eyes of a young girl. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning about our country's history by reading this thrilling novel.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding!!! Review: This book was absolutely wonderful-one of my favorites. I read this book and became addicted to anything related to the witch trials. A Break With Charity was hard to put down. It was a truly remarkable book.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding book! Review: I loved this book! It was so interesting that I couldn't put it down. I looked up some stuff on the Salem Witch Trials and it has a lot of truth in it! This is definetely my favorite book now!
Rating: Summary: I thought this was a GREAT book!!!! Review: I thought this was a wonderful book that was very intriguing! I couldn't put this book down, and I have re-read it several times. One time is never enough with this one! Ann Rinaldi is one of my favorite authors and this is another great creation from Ms. Rinaldi! I really liked it because I felt I was right there in Salem during the trials. I could also paint a picture in my mind as she would describe the book. I would definately suggest this book to anyone. Regardless if they were a history-lover or not!
Rating: Summary: A GREAT BOOK! Review: This book is so powerful and sad, it is about the horrors of the Salem Witch Trials and how totally unfair they were. Innocent girls lost their lives for a stupid cause. This book is about a little circle of girls that become the devils of the town by convicting any girl that they hate of witch craft.
Rating: Summary: Without a doubt, this book is Ann Rinaldi at her best. Review: A 'Break with Charity was the very first Ann Rinaldi book I read, and it got me hooked. It's about the Salem witch trials, and in my opinion, it's a lot better than all those history books.
Rating: Summary: This book is about the troubles of the Salem Withch trials. Review: I loved this book. It was very realistic. If you like historical fiction that is interesting this is the book for you!
Rating: Summary: OK,but not too good Review: This book was good compared to other books, but I would reccomend "Hang a thousand trees with ribbons " more.I was disappointed in this book, because it sometimes got boring. It's about the Salem Witch Trials, a subject I am usually interested in.Don't read this book unless this is your first time reading a Rinaldi book. If it isn't, I reccomend you read some of her other books.
Rating: Summary: Suprisingly Good!!! Review: I usually dislike any book that isn't fantasy of sci-fi but i really liked this. it is like you are actually there. you really hate the horrid girls that made those innocent people die. the dilemma to tell about knowing the girls were faking was really good. i couldn't put it down
