The authors have an acute knowledge of the pressures teens deal with today and address those issues in ways every teen can relate to and find comfort in. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Rating: Summary: Stress for Teens: A Common Occurance Review: This is the second book by the authors that I have adapted for use in the classroom. My middle-school students were so receptive to the previous book on peer pressure, that I read and started using "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Dealing with Stress for Teens" . I was not disappointed. It was equally well-written and, again, the authors exhibit knowledge of the subject and how to explain it to this age group. The teen years are one of the most stressful times in a person's life. It is so important to be able to cope and control the stress that abounds during these years. Again, let's get it on the shelves of our library. It would make a fine text for a course on that subject.
