Summary: Love Can Make You Cry
Review: I read this book because after I saw the movie, it touched my heart. I wanted to see if it was this good in the book so I borrowed it from my friend Faith. Also, the cover seemed so romantic and peaceful. When I read the back, it seemed so sad and romantic that I just had to read it. Plus, many of my friends recommended this book to me. I'm glad they did.
The main character is Landon, a troublesome boy. He doesn't really care about school or his future. At first, I got mad at the way he treated Jamie Sullivan. However, after seeing his love for her in the end, I completely changed my view about him. He is so sweet and loyal to her. If I had a boyfriend, I would want a guy like him.
I fell in love with this book as soon as I read it. It is so sad and romantic. I cried when I read the end. It gives me hope to think of such a love. This book was so sweet and touching. I could read it over and over and never get tired of it.

Summary: A book everyone should read--truly
Review: I read this book with no expectations--I had seen the previews for the movie, and I always have to read the book before seeing the movie, so I bought the book. Once I got into it though, I couldn't put it down. The writing is simple, but the messages it conveys stay with you long after you put the book down. Landon, the narrator, has a character that i would hope every guy has a little bit of inside. We can admire him, but we can also relate to him. And everyone has seen a Jamie, the innocent, supereligious girl who must have a really personality hidden deep inside. I would recommend A Walk to Remember to anyone looking for a book to help them appreciate the real value of life.

Summary: A Walk To Remember
Review: A Walk To Remember is about a teenage girl named Jamie Hegbert and a teenage boy named Landon Carter. Jamie's mother died when she was born. Her father was a priest and she took very much pride in that. When she was old enough to read her father gave her her mother's bible which she took everywhere. Jamie read it from cover to finish over and over. She was never very popular in school, kids alwas thought she was this freak of some sort. She never thought anything of it though. If you passed her in the hall at school you would always see her smiling. She made sure that she had devoted enough time to people in need. After school Jamie would help tutor kids.... But all of a sudden she met this amazing boy, Landon Carter. ...
A Walk To Remember was such a good book to me because it was filled with hope, sadness, and enjoyment. It had all these emotions I didn't even know could fit into a two hundred and forty page book. Reading a book about someone struggling the way Jamie and Landon did really helps someone like me to think that my life isn't as hard as I thought it was. I thought this book was eye popping because it was told by a teenage boy (Landon Carter) unlike other books I have read. I would recommend this book to all ages. I think teens might find it more interesting because they would be able to relate to it more than their parents or someone older. Though I think that all ages should read it. I hope that you all find it as interesting as I did.

Summary: A Walk to Remember
Review: A Walk to Remember is a book that everyone should read. A shy, ministers daughter who mostly keeps to herself, Jammie Sulivian, has gone to school with the less than perfect Landon Carter for her entire life. Even though they have known each other forever, they never became friends. During their senior year at Beutford High School in North Carolina, Landon starts to noice Jammie more and more in their drama class, and they finally form a friendship. Landon helped Jammie at the orphanage that she volunteers at. Soon they notice a spark between them. But, when something major happens in Jammie'slife, will it be enough to keep them together?

Summary: A Walk you will definatley remember
Review: A walk to remember my Nicholas Sparks is probably, if not, the best book i have ever read. Taking place in the late 1950's in North Carolina, it forces you to not judge a person by their appearance. Jamie Sullivan, is not a very popular girl, nor a very liked girl either. She is the type that always says nice things to people no matter, how mean they are to her. If you like sad love stories this book is for you. The way the Landon falls in love with her because she finally realizeds that she is the nicest person he has ever met and wants to spend the rest of his life with her is so romantic. When you read this book have a box of tissues on hand.
Enjoy It!

Summary: Take out the hanky
Review: This book was a very easy read. I enjoyed the way the author made us feel exactly how the characters felt. He really got me under their skins. So much so that I litterally had to put the book down a few times to get a hold of myself.

I strongly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good cry.

Summary: Tears of Sadness and Joy
Review: It took me less than a weekend to read this book...and it was a very busy weekend. Somehow, I couldn't put it down. The story of Jamie Sullivan, the awkward daughter of a widowed Baptist minister in the 1950s, and Landon Carter, the popular son of a US Congressman, is absolutely incredible.

They begin as absolute opposites...she's the shy, sweet girl who everyone makes fun of in school. He's the guy everyone wants to be friends with. They end up having the leading parts in the Christmas play, and their friendship begins to evolve. It turns into love, but then a heartbreaking discovery may split them forever.

This is a walk everyone should take, but be prepared with plenty of tissues.

Nicholas Sparks did an excellent job describing the settings and happenings of the book. I'd never read a book by him before, but now I'm contemplating checking out some of his other books.

Summary: Easy reading
Review: This book was an easy read. I have never read a book in one sitting and I sat at home sick one day and read it from cover to cover... It's a nice story that should entertain you if not make you cry.
