Anthony Horowitz tells how Alex goes undercover to the schol of Point Blank (somewhere in the French Alps). He finds an evil scientist who is trying to take oveer the world, and he is the only one who can stop his devilish plan.
I definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes adventure books. you need to pick this book up and read it today, you won't regret it.

Summary: An unbelievable adventure!
Review: Point Blank is a great book written by Anthony Horowitz. Point Blank is the sequel to Stormbreaker and is the second book in the series, but it isn't absolutely necessary to have read the first book to enjoy Point Blank If you like mystery and action, this book is for you. Alex Rider, a fourteen-year-old spy, is sent on a mission by MI6 to

Summary: A super Alex Rider adeventure
Review: Point Blank is a great book. It is a mixture of stealth and a boy with two faces. It is a book worth reading over and over again.Keeps you in suspense through the whole book. It throws curve balls on every page. It leads you in one direction then it turns and leads you in another totally new direction. If you get your hands on this book read it and take your time.

Summary: Point Blank
Review: Point Blank is about a fourteen year old boy named Alex Rider trying to stop a mad man (Dr.Grief)who clones himself in the form of fourteen-year-old rich boys. My favorite part is when Alex used an ieoning board as a snow board to slide down the mountain, to escape from almost being dissected. I like Point Blank because once youstart you can't stop. It's so action packed; it will keep you guessing. The theme os about a boy named Alex who is a secrete agent that workes for MI6. And is sent on dangerous missions. I bet you'll love it.

Summary: The best one yet
Review: Point Blank is one of the best books I have ever read. Some of the other books I have enjoyed are Stormbreaker also by Anthony Horowitz and the animorphs series by K.A. Applegate.
Point Blank starts like any other book with a child as the main character. The catch is that Alex Rider is no ordinary kid, he works for MI6. Yeah that's right, the same organization James Bond works for. Anyway, you know how Bond films always have a little "mission" at the beginning and Point Blank in no exception. I'm not going to tell you what it is but it is really cool. After he receives a call from MI6, he has a new mission.
Something is going on at a private correctional school in France called Point Blanc, they want Alex to find out what. However, Point Blanc only takes the sons of the super-rich or ultra-powerful. Because of that, Alex must disguise himself as a billionaire's delinquent son. While he is doing that he receives all of his gadgets for the upcoming mission. A CD player that turns into a saw and a book that shoots poison darts, to name a few. Once at Point Blanc Alex discovers that there is a mysterious "project Gemini" happening. He also makes a friend named James. Then one night he hears screaming in the hallways, but when he goes to see what happened there is nobody there.
This is not the end of the book but I am not going to tell you any more. If you want to find out read the book. This is a hair-raising spine- tingling adventure with a great ending. I really liked this book because it kept me guessing right up until the end where everything is neatly sorted out. Watch out James Bond. Alex Rider is the new star.

Summary: Exciting Story, Sorry Ending
Review: Point Blank was great, up to the last chapter. If you like the 007, James Bond type stories, this is it. It it a take leave of reality and enjoy the impossible type book. Mr. Horowitz' first book, Stormbreaker, was great. I thought this would be good too and it was, until the very end. It is obvious that Mr. Horowitz wrote the last chapter with a sequel in mind. I do not like to be left hanging, Mr. Horowitz! Also, I didn't like the fact that all the adults, the "good" and the bad, were untrustworthy. Read the book, beware the last chapter.

Summary: Get the Point!
Review: Point Blank was the best book I have ever read. When I saw the cover I thought there was going to be alot of action in the book. I was right! Almost every second there was action. Anthony Horowitz made a good sequel called Stormbreaker. He always has a different personality for each character. Alex, the main character has different sorts of attitudes. My favorite attitude is his rage. He saw a S.A.S. agent fall of a building after he was shot by Dr.Grief. Alex jumped out of a building, hopped onto a snowmobile and blew-up Dr.Grief while he was in his helicopter. Wolf, the S.A.S. comander,is cool too.I hope this isn't the last adventure of Alex Rider.

Summary: Teenage James Bond
Review: Teenage James Bond

Bang! Bang! Bullets are flying everywhere. Tactical soldiers in white SWAT suits. There's action everywhere in this book! Do you like James Bond? Of course you do! So get this exiting teenage version of James Bond.
Alex Rider's uncle just died. He needs to take his place in MI6. Alex has been doing well so far, but before he knows it, he's in an isolated, elite prep school. There's something very suspicious. There's something odd in this building... very odd.
If I were to rank this book, it would be a 5 because of how much suspense this book gives. Point Blank also shows many exiting action scenes. There is no other action book like this one.
The protagonist in Point Blank is Alex Rider. Alex is an imaginative, creative kid. He's just like any other kid except he works for the MI6 agency. His creativeness in pressure makes him unique. You'll see how he uses his gadgets and cool agent equipment throughout the book.
One scene in Point Blank is when Alex was snowboarding down this steep, huge hill. Bad guys in snowmobiles were chasing him. The bad guys also had machine guns attached to their snowmobiles. Alex eventually escaped.
Another scene from the action-packed book was when Alex Rider had no other choice but to sneak out of the school. The only way was through the window so he took his CD player that had a secret diamond coated blade and cut the bars on the window off.
I conclude that this is a must-not-miss book! It's awesome. There's another book by Anthony Horowitz called Stormbreaker. I highly recommend this book to kids like you!
