Summary: Good
Review: In the begining if this book, Rae and Anthony are your typical high school couple. Since Yana is gone, they feel like they can have a relationship. Or so they thought. Now they find out that Yana escaped, and is coming back to Atlanta. Now Anthony is sleeping in his car outside of Raes house so he can protect her. But Yana doesnt want to hurt Rae anymore. Now she is going after the agency (I know, I know, I cant spell), and doesnt want
Raes help. Read it to find out what happens.

OK. This was a good book, but the series should continue. Im not saying this cuz I really like this series (which I do) but it leaves you wondering about what happened next. And why that teacher ans that counciler (like I said, I cant spell) always asked so many questions. I thought they could of been from the agency, but the book never said that. If you ask me, I think the series is incomplete.

Summary: The End?
Review: In this episode, Yana escapes from a dentist's office (don't ask me) and goes back to Atlanta in search of revenge.

Once again, I loved the parts where Anthony and Rae were together (sigh). But is this the end of the series? What about freaky Mr. Jefferson and that strange, over-concerned woman who is Rae's group therapy leader? And how does the author expect me to believe that Yana, who is clearly a psycho, will suddenly turn all normal-y once she gets her "revenge?"

For a conclusion, this book was pretty weak, but I do have to add that I can't wait for Metz's next series--she's a really good author.

Summary: Is this really the end?????
Review: Okay, as a book, it was great. But as a conclusion, i thought it [stunk]. lol. ok it wasn't TERRIBLE, but it left a lot of questions unanswered. like, what about that creepy techer?? and the group therepy leader?? and what about the guy in jail who knew rae's mom was melissa?? and do they really think that yanas not gonna go phsyco again?? So if this book wasn't the conclusion, i definetaly would have liked it better. But there were good parts in the book, like when rae and anthony were together. they seem so in to each other its sooo cute! But overall, i was kinda dissapointed that melinda metz finished such a good series with such a dissapointing book.

Summary: Well worth it!
Review: Payback, is the final book in the fingerprints series, and it is by far the best. Rae is injoying a normal life with Anthony and with out Yana. But then she is told that Yana has escaped. This time though, shes not after Rae. Shes after the agency that really killed her mother. And with the help of Rae, Mandy and another powerful T-2 shes out to distroy them once and for all.
If you found the others in this series kinda boring. Dont worry, this one is well worth buying! I wish that there were more in the series!

Summary: Best book of the series!!
Review: Rae finally thought she was safe with Yana locked up under Aiden's control. But then Yana escapes and Rae thinks shes comming back to kill her. Anthony, Rae, Jesse, and Mandy all try to track her down, and when they finally do, they discover that Yana relized the truth, that Rae's mom was innoccent. Now Yana's after the agency with the help of Sam.

I think the book and the whole series is one of the best ever written, but i think Melinda Metz should definitely continue it!!!
Did the books ever mention if Mandy's sister had a gift? I was just wondering because if Mandy does wouldn't she?

Summary: The thrilling conclusion to the Fingerprints series.
Review: Rae got the shock of her life when she found out Yana, her supposed best friend, was the one who was trying to kill her. But Yana's locked away where she can't cause any harm. And Rae and Anthony are together and happy. But then Aiden shows up, with the news that Yana has escaped. Rae is terrified that Yana will try to kill her again. But what is Yana really after? Is she still determined to kill Rae? Or has she learned the truth, and directed her rage at the agency? Rae knows that if Yana goes up against the agency, she'll never win. But would Yana ever listen to Rae, and can she even be trusted? I highly recommend this conclusion to the Fingerprints series. The end was really thrilling and surprising. I just wish there was another book, because the end did leave some questions unanswered.

Summary: Loved it!!
Review: Rae has been through a lot. She found out her best friend was trying to kill her.... Yana, the daughter of Melissa Voight's supposed victim and fellow member of an elite experimental group, tried to make Rae murder herself using her power to implant thoughts into a persons head. Anthony saves Rae, AND in return he got quite a bit of veddy veddy nice things :-P. Mandy, daughter of another victim of the experimental group Rae's, and Yana's mom was apart of, comes to Rae with concerns for her sister. She seems to be giving up a lot to hang around, a freak named Zeke. Rae and Mandy, along with Anthony and Jesse (Mandy's love interest), find out Emily, Mandy's sister, plans to do some bad, bad things with Zeke. LOL Rae and friends go through quite a bit, and eventually find out what's happening with Mandy's sister. At the end, Rae and Anthony profess their love for each other. Awwww!...

Summary: A lifelong rage...
Review: Rae has come to the end of a terrifying and unbelievable struggle. After living with the awkwardness of knowing that her powers make her very unique, and after facing off against what seemed like more than one enemy in her life, the battle is at last over. She has Anthony and has found the freedom of being alive after so many deadly encounters. Now, as she prepares to move on in high school and make more friends, the betrayal of Yana will forever live in her mind -- a betrayal that was deeper than anything Rae could have ever imagined. But those thoughts don't even compare to when Aiden returns and tells Rae and Anthony that Yana has escaped prison. Rae knows just how deadly Yana can be -- she knows the hatred and rage burning inside the mind of the girl who used be her best friend. She knows that Yana is the most dangerous person in the world to her. And she also knows that her powers -- the ability to read thoughts through a person's fingerprints -- may not be able to help her this time. Can Rae get yet Yana to discover the truth before it's too late -- even if that will be the hardest thing to do? Rae has seen and faced unbelievable battles in her life ever since her powers to read fingerprints started. But the battle she now faces may be the most ultimate battle of all. Fingerprints #7: Payback is the long-awaited and excellent conclusion of Melinda Metz's powerfully absorbing Fingerprints series. I am going to sorely miss this series, from the first spellbinding book to its worthy conclusion, as a series that has a special place in the hearts of readers everywhere. Fingerprints is among the most extraordinary series out there, and in only seven books, it has turned into a masterpiece.

Summary: We Finally Get to Hear Yana's Side!
Review: Rae still can't believe that Yana, the girl she thought of as her best friend, the one who stuck by her and helped her rescue her friend Jesse and made her laugh, was trying to kill her the whole time. How could someone be so nice to her and so fun to be around and totally hate her? Rae hates herself for rationalizing Yana's behavior, but can't help but wonder what she would have done if she were in Yana's place...

Yana had finally managed to escape from Aiden Matthews and was determined to fix her mistake. Someone was going to pay for her mother's death and, thanks to Aiden, she knew it wasn't Rae's mom, but that didn't make her mother any less dead. Yana returns to the Wilton Community Center and starts trying to find out what really happened. The first thing she discovers is that she can't use her powers on anyone there, so she has to play along with the crazy Cascone woman in charge and pretends that she just wants to learn more about her powers.

Rae is totally freaked when she learns that Yana has escaped, but she has Anthony to lean on and she has to help Mandy, the daughter of another one of the group members who was still learning to deal with her powers. Besides, Anthony worried about Yana more than enough for the both of them. So both of them were stunned when they found out that Yana believed them and that she was going after the committee in charge of the experiments. Yana can't believe that Rae is willing to forgive her so easily for trying to kill her and keeps her distance. The only one who seems to be able to help her now is Sam, another G-2 or second generation psi-power enhanced person, who has little left to loose since he is so close to dying anyhow...

This was just a great book. I think it was one of my favorites in the series because all of the information is starting to make sense and the G-2s are finally ready to take some action and stop others from being experimented on. The author keeps introducing cool new characters while keeping the old ones and big problems, such as how to keep the committee from killing them all, mixed in with smaller ones, like Marcus hating Anthony for taking Rae away from him. It was great to see more of Jesse and Mandy and I think that I'm going to really like Sam because he can totally kick Yana's butt! Make sure that you read the first 6 books in the series, though, or you won't appreciate the story as much. Can't wait for another book to come out!

Summary: Great thrilling ending to a great series
Review: Taking straight off from the last book when Rae got the shock of her life that her best friend Yana was really the one after her all this time, it seems ideal that that she is having a normal life again with Yana now in prison. She can get through her high school years like a normal teen and get over her awkward fingerprint reading ability. And she can finally be with Anthony...However when Aiden shows up and tells Rae that Yana had escaped from prison her life is turned upside down all over again. Rae knows that Yana is her biggest threat to happiness but is Yana after Rae? Or after the agency?

I really liked the conclusion to the great Fingerprints series. I wish though that there were more books because it truly is a good series and there were more storyline. However this is an ideal ending!
