Rating: Summary: Um...no Review: I didn't really think that I would enjoy this book but I went ahead and read it just to "see" if Britney had any writing talent. I do have to admit that Britney and her mom did a nice job with details and sentence structure but the plot was HORRIBLE! I know that it's a good idea write what you know and I'm sure Britney knows about or has experienced some of these kinds of things, but it was WAY too cutsie pie to be enjoyed or taken seriously. Maybe a 9-year-old can appreciate this story line but I think it will be hard for anyone else to take pleasure in reading this book. It was...OK, and I think I'm being nice. Good try, Brit, better luck next time.
Rating: Summary: I DON"T like Britney Spears, but this book surprised me! Review: I am very surprised with this book that Britney and her mom wrote! I just want to tell everyone that whoever isn't reading this book because they don't like Britney Spears is making a big mistake! If you like to entertain and/or sing then this is the book for you. You may not like this book review, but this is just a recomendation for the book. I hope that you find this helpful to you once you take my advice and READ THE BOOK!! :) have a cool day!!! Bye

Review: I'm suprised, when i bought this book i thought it wouldn't be that good, i'm not a britney fan so i only bought it because one of my friends told me it was a good book, i didn't believed it until i start reading it, and now i have 2 say: It's pretty good!! It's very good!! i'm suprised, i thought Britney could only dance , but she turns out 2 be a great author 2, i really loved reading this book... So if you're not a Britney fan (like me) and you don't read her book because you think it would be stupid, then please read it anyway, i'm sure you change you're mind after reading this book, good job Britney!!!

Rating: Summary: A Mother's Love Review: Obviously they tried. End of sentence. Yes I picked this book out of the library cuz of Brit even though I am not a preferable fan. It was good. I mean she isnt too old yet and its plot is a little bland it drages on and on and I found myself a bit bored..... I still thought it was really good and cute thoguh
Rating: Summary: A Mothers GIft Review: Ok this book rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I being not a real fan of Britney Luv it! It is so touching!
Rating: Summary: A Must-Read For Anyone, Britney Fan or Not Review: I'm am a huge Britney fan! Yes, I bought the book because of that. Yet, it turned out to be a lot deeper than I expected. The plot line concerns a girl named Holly Lovell and her mother, Wanda Jo. Holly loves to sing, and she is great at it! Her and her mother have a very tight bond together. A bond that begins to crumble when Holly gets accepted into a very rich, and very nice music school, Harverty. As soon as she arrives, she feels embarrassed by her humble beginnings and her homeade clothes, compared to the other rich girls'. But, her room-mate, Ditz, is fascinated by her small town and loving mother, as opossed to her parents that buy her everything just to get her out of the way, and never have any time for her. At the end of the book, Holly's mom tells Holly a very crushing secret that could destroy their relationship forever.......Read it, you'll love it.
Rating: Summary: A Mother's gift really touched my soul. Review: I enjoyed reading this book because it made me realize how much a parent, or parents, can do for a child. It is a touching story about 14 year old Holly Faye Lovell, who loves to sing, and her mother Wanda. They have an unbreakable bond until Holly Faye recieves a scholarship to go to a very very expensive school for music, Haverty. She meets new people that she envies a little bit at first but then realizes that they actually envy her because they dont have such a caring mom that she does. Holly Faye is quite embarrassed by her mother because of a huge scar that she has..but little does she know that Wanda got that scar while doing something VERY VERY important for Holly. Throughout the story, Wanda is hiding a secret from Holly..and finally, she tells her. This is a very very well written story about love, family, and friends. At the end of the story..I realized how much I loved this book..and considered it one of my all time favorite books. I recommend this to anyone who would like to read about family and love.
Rating: Summary: I should've known... Review: ... That this book, written by pop princess Britney Spears and her mother, Lynne Spears, would be completely amazing. I think that Britney and Lynne could have a future in writing... Who knows? Even if you aren't a Britney fan, buy this book... You won't regret it. The book, although similar to Britney's struggle to climb to the top of the music charts, is not about her, in any way, shape or form. What makes this book so amazing, I think, is that Britney and Lynne can relate somewhat to what 14 year old Holly and her mother, Wanda are going through. Buy this book... I promise, you won't regret it!
Rating: Summary: Better writer than singer!! Review: I am not a big Britney Spears fan. But my cousin told me this was a really good book so I decided to read it, even though I thought it wouldnt be any good. I was surprised! This book was different. At first I thought, "Oh, great, its about some girl becoming ashamed of her mom, very exciting". But its more then that. You have to really get into it, but once you do, youll love it! It all comes together at the end. I thought this book was well written. Britney did a good job, espically since its her first book. I dont like her music, but she sure can write!!
