Summary: An outstanding account of the holocaust...
Review: Cherie Bennet has composed an original holocaust story to match readers of all ages. What I loved about this book was that it made referances to interesting things in real everyday life, esspecially comparing it to Jane Yolen's The Devil's Arithmetic which was educational but wasn't extraordinarily realistic in the modern times. Another good thing was that Cherie Bennet made Nicoele older than girls in most holocaust books, and didn't attempt to hide her ignorance or thoughts.

This was a fantastic book, and if you liked it I suggest you visit the authors website [...] or email her. I hoped this reveiw helped, thank you.

Summary: Anne Fank and Me
Review: As the mother of two daughters (age 11 and 16) with extensive reading experience related to the Holocaust, I'd have to say this is one of my favorites! I really liked that the story was set in Paris. I really liked the way the author connected kids today with what kids during this time experienced. I liked the way The main character relates to Anne when she meets her. I liked the research and reference into the time period. My favoite bit is how cleverly one is forced to look at the numbers of people lost in this sad part of history and how all of us are affected by that loss. Oh yeah, and how the main character feels the need to go out and make moe people aware of this time period. I think Anne Frank would admire this story! For other books related to this book I would like to reccomend When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit and No More Pretty Pictures.

Review: I loved this book. It is very exciting, and interesting. I love how nicole actually met Anne Frank, and she also found her own writing at the funeral. Nicole Bernhardt related almost exactly to girls nowadays. I stongly recomend this book.

Summary: AMAZING, A GREAT READ!
Review: This book is about a normal teenage girl named Nicole, who, while at an Anne Frank exhibit, gets transported back in time to Paris during the Holocaust. It is a very moving book, and shockingly comparable to "The devils arithmetic" (If you haven't read the devils arithmetic, READ IT NOW!!). It was so great, and I strongly recommend you read it! At one time in the book, Nicole even comes face to face with Anne herself! so read it!

Summary: A Reader Worthy Book: "Anne Frank and Me"
Review: 'Anne Frank and Me" was a poignant book that helped connect today's generation with a story about a young woman from another generation who wasn't too different from teens today! I highly reccomend this book and would hope that in the future, this would be a mandatory tome in all junior high schools.

Summary: THE BEST BOOK OF ALL TIME!!!
Review: I'm really in to the Holocaust. I've read about a billion books about it, but this one is definetely by far the best. It'll make you smile, laugh, and cry. Don't think that this is all just depressing stuff, cause a lot of the book is funny and will make you laugh. It's actually realistic, and Nicole has other, more trivial problems besides the Nazis. She's constantly annoyed by her little sister Liz-Bette..., she's got problems with her friends, and she's insecure about her relationship. This has got to be the best, saddest book. I've read it seven times, and every time I read it, I cry for an hour afterward.

Summary: You Can Relate
Review: I have read many Holocaust-realted books, and this book shines through them all. You can relate to the story because it is about a teen who has average teen problems. I love how in the end everything fits together like a jiggsaw puzzle, and how this book has so many lessons, not only about the Holocaust, but about life in general. Nicole, the main character, adds humor to the book, even though is about a very grave subject matter. Finally, it tells about many of the horrible things Jews went through in the Holocaust, when other authors try and avoid it. I would recomend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about the Holocaust, or just wants to be moved by a great story.
