Summary: This book is funny, well written and adventurous
Review: This is a great book. The author seems to have a great understanding of kids and siblings. There is not one boring part. It's also very original. I've never read a story with a plot like this one. This is one of my favorite books.

Summary: INTERESTING RUNAWAY BOOK!
Review: This book is a little too old for middle schoolers, but elementary school kids should enjoy this book. Claudia is a girl who is basically bored with her life, so she decides to run away with her little brother up to New York City. Find out what happens to them at the Metropolitan Museum of Art!

Summary: Great book!
Review: I read this book when I was 9 or 10 years old(I'm 14 now!), and to this day I remember the plot! When I read it, I loved it so much I wrote a short story about how I went to the Smithsonian Museum of Art and lived there until my mom found me when she went to the library with her third grade class. It was complete fiction, of course, and it seemed exciting. I recommend this book to any 9-12 year old who needs a good book report book. This is the book for you!

Summary: Running away?
Review: Have you ever thought of it? Oh, but you'd come back. You'd run away and come back differently. That's what 13 year old Claudia wanted to do with her nine year old companion. You had to plan it out though. Oh yes she did plan it out and she planned out exactly where she wanted to go also: The Metropoliton Museum of Art in New York. You might think it would be hard, but not for Claudia and her brother Jamie. Every time they take a bath they get money. Now what does that mean? Well, you'll just have to read the book and see. Although this book was quite boring and not one of my favorites, if you enjoy books where you get to know the characters better than the story and books with mystery then read this.

Summary: A Wonderful Adventure
Review: My mother read this book to me when I was young, and I was captivated by it. I am now giving it to my 9 yr. old sister-in-law. The author has such a gift for descrition- I remember feeling how frightening, yet exciting it would be to be the only ones in a museum. It must have had some effect- here I am working late in a museum!

Summary: Boring book
Review: This book is boring. A girl runs away ( I don't know why ) but she has to live in a museum and sleep on a fancy bed (because she is spoiled, I guess). So she becomes obsessed by this statue and does not want to go home. This book is prissy. I am sorry I picked this book to read for school.
