Rating: Summary: The Eternity Code Review: This is an excellent book! It shows you how much of a genious Artemis really is. I mean face it, how many of you would be able to construct a cube out of stolen technology from faeries, make a plan to keep your bodyguard alive in just a few seconds, defeat a corrupt business man/criminal full of greed, find out how to get a even with the guy who shot your bodyguard, AND outsmart Foaly the centaur AGAIN. And I haven't even started getting in to the details including "Mo Digance" aka. Dwarf(I'm no gonna say any more), an OLDER Butler(and not just by a couple of months), a finger that has to be cut off, a chance of Artemis going straight(!!!!), a metal man and a monkey, a deadly trap, the result of his father being back, and the list goes on. Featuring all your fave characters from the previous books and introducing some new ones the Eternity Code will continue to entangle in its plot old Artemis Fowl fans and grab new ones. The book that shows just how much Artemis's genious, Holly's action, Foaly's technology, and Mulch's skills(the stuff that only dwarfs can do) can do when they work together is here and you absolutely HAVE to read it. The book lets the reader make so many asumptions about Artemis's NORMAL life(if Artemis has a normal life) and shows that the guy has some heart after all. And there WILL be a 4th book according to interviews with Eion Colfer for all those who are afraid to read the book in case it stops here. He(Colfer) will probably not write it now, but it will be out since he was signed up for four way before the 3rd one came out. Rumors state that it may be called The Opal Deception, for all those who want to dig your teeth in some juicy tidbits of gossip. Yeah, he's a criminal, he's a genious, he's young, and he's back!
Rating: Summary: The Eternity Code Review: I thought that the third book in the Artemis Fowl series was an exciting book. Eoin Colfer creates a very vivid world. It's full of adventure, emotion, and humor. It is a fantastic fantasy novel. In this book Artemis pulls off yet another, amazing scheme, but not without the help of all the old charaters. There are a number of new, and dangerous charaters as well, like Jon Spiro and Arno Blunt. I won't give anything away, so read the book and find out what happens.
Rating: Summary: The Eternity Code Review: An amazing story of Artemis getting himself in trouble. This time with a human enemy. Butler is hurt, and Artemis has to get help from his good old fairy friends. This is a wounderful book and I recomend it to anyone who likes can't put it down, on the edge of your seat, adventure books.
Rating: Summary: Not as good as the others but still rocks Review: I really love the Artemis Fowl series, especially the first one. I can't say that this book is as good as the others since Artemis gets more and more "heroic". The good thing is he turns back evil... Also Holly isn't as corny as she was in the first two books, which is a good thing. Overall I think it's a great book, and if you like the first two in the series, read this one!
Rating: Summary: One of my favorite books!! Review: I am a big fan of the Artemis Fowl series, and this one was perfect. When I read the first of this series, I said to myself, I hope they make a sequel for this book. A few months later the second Artemis Fowl was in my hands. It was a spectacular title. When I heard that a third one was out, I couldn't wait to read it. This book is about young Artemis Fowl inventing a device called the C-cube. This cube could do anything from controlling U.S. satilites to playing any video, DVD quality. He calls in a very greedy business man to show off his work. Artemis gets fooled, and loses his C-cube! Butler isn't doing to well either, so Artemis calls in the LEP for help. If I could, I would give this book ten stars! I recommend this book to anyone who needs a good book to read.
Rating: Summary: Artemis Fowl Eternity code Review: At the beginning of the book it really did not make sense. I would recommend it to people that have read the other books from Eion Colfer because it is the third in a three book series. I would not recommend this book to people that dislike action. This book was an exciting and interesting book. When I got this book at the book fair at our school I wanted to just sit down and read it. This book is about a thirteen-year-old boy he is a mastermind and a really good thief and a millionaire. In this one book Artemis makes a C-cube that is like a home theater and a guy comes to buy it, but then he finds out that Artemis won't sell it. Whoops! I cannot tell you any more.
Rating: Summary: Eternity Code is best of three Review: I saw the third book in the book store when I was visiting my friends, I thuoght, hmmmm.... this has got to be good. I was right, this one tops the other two by far in the series. I can't really tell any of the story without giving important points away, except that in the beggining of the story, it looks like Artemis has at last, managed, to bite off more than he can chew. He tries to lure Jon Spiro, an American multi-billionaire, to put stock into his company. In return, Artemis will put off some revolutionary technology. In the meantime, Spiro has made plans of his own, with drastic consequences........
Rating: Summary: Great portrail of characters and enlashing Artemis' genius Review: A good book, a nice broadening of the spectrum. But the Story got a little predictable, towards the end, and you know Artemis will always win. Overall good story but this is one to get at the library.Enjoy:)
Rating: Summary: Excellent. Review: This book was excellent. Definitely the best in the series so far. Artemis's genius shone through. I love it! The only part about the book that upset me was Butler's part (spoiler: I won't say what happens; read it!). The end was terrific. I've heard some people say they didn't like it but I think it only showed how clever Artemis is even more than has already been demonstrated. Definitely worth reading!
Rating: Summary: Didn't Impress Review: i would just like all of you to know that this book has almost no differnces between the other two books. The same story as the last book. Artemis gets himself in some trouble. The Fariys have to help to save them selfs and Artemis. I would like to say that this is the worst naming of a book that there has EVER BEEN. It very little coincides with the story at all. There are some new elments in the story as well. Butler has a brush with death. But, artimis saves him threw I very sketchy method. Also, the fariys are almost discovered. Over all...I wouldn't buy this book. Wait for it to get to the library or borrow it.
