Rating: Summary: A great book Review: Except for maybe King Fortis the Brave, this was the best book I've read all year. I love Artemis Fowl and I hope that book four comes out real soon.
Rating: Summary: Great book... can't wait for the next one Review: This book is great. It has all the charm of the first book, but even more complicated schemes (in my opinion). I liked it because it mixes more the human world with the fairy world than in the first two books and the ending just keeps ypu waiting for more... believe me. The ending is probably the best part because I can't really believe it!!
Rating: Summary: the third Review: I personally think this is the worst of the three. That doesn't mean it isn't good. I would get a 4th one. I didn't like the ending. It didn't fit with the story and didn''t seem to be an end. Other than that it was a great book.
Rating: Summary: Better than the first two, October 20, 2003 Review: Better than the first two, October 20, 2003 Someone once said, "Three is a charm", and they were certainly right. In the third book of the Artemis Fowl series, fans couldn't have hoped for a better story. Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code has another fast paced, action packed, ingenious plot that is superior to the first two. The book starts off with a meeting of Artemis and a big business man called John Sprio. They meet at a restaurant to discuss a piece of stolen fairy technology that can do almost unlimited things called the C-Cube. Little did young Artemis know that the restaurant was a setup for Sprio to take the C-Cube. Unfortunately he succeeds in doing so and in the midst of all the action Artemis's bodyguard gets a lethal gunshot to his body. The book is about how him and some old friends try to locate the cube and get it back. Colfer does a great job of putting some interesting twists in the plot to make it more exciting. Book three has more heart pounding action than the first, and a better storyline than the second. Little by little Artemis becomes a more decent person but will never lose his greedy and genius core. ~(...)
Rating: Summary: Fun brain Buster for kids Review: The Eternity Code is the best book out this year. Butler has made a C- cube out of fairy technology that was left over from the time that the fairies tried to raid the fowl mansion. It is at least 50 years before schedule in the technology industry and mafia man Jon Spiro has to have it. When Artemis has a meeting with Mr. Spiro he falls right into a trap. Even though Artemis gets out alive, Spiro's main man Blunt mortally and physically wounds his dear and close friend Butler. Artemis has to think on his toes to save Butler and save his C-cube. Artemis has deciphered a brilliant plan to storm Mr. Spiro's high tech research building but it requires a little bit of help. Artemis has recruited the notaries Mulch Diggins, Butlers little sister Juliet and Holly Short. This book is a great read for children and grown-ups alike. One of the best books of the year is out and about!

Rating: Summary: The third is the charm Review: Artemis Fowl, now 13, and much less cold-hearted is back in the third part of this action packed series about a boy genius who is too smart for his own good. Since promising his father that he'd stop his law-breaking ways, Artemis is up to one last, tiny crime that he is sure will seal his legacy. Unfortunately Artemis doesn't count on the operation being a total failure. When Artemis meets with American buisnessman Jon Spiro all Artemis wanted to do was trick Spiro into losing some big bucks over the "C Cube", a mixture of human and faerie technology way ahead of our time, a technology that will literally cause all of Spiro's enterprises to become ancient history. Instead of intimidating Spiro, Artemis is set up and Spiro steals the C-Cube while fatally wounding Butler in the process. Artemis is once again forced to enlist the help of his less than happy faerie friends. So once again we are off in another new adventure with Holly Short, Foaly, Commander Root, and of course Mulch Diggins. Eoin Colfer just keeps getting better and better. This book kept you on your toes and the more involved role of Juliet Butler was definitely a welcoming surprise. In this book, Colfer shows us his great logic and humor as a writer. The ending was fitting though I will seriously miss Artemis, he just kept getting better and better. I am definitely hoping that Colfer will change his mind and write a fourth book. The ending definitely suggest more adventures in the future. Anyway more books or not, Artemis has definitely sealed his legacy in the book world.
Rating: Summary: The Best of all 3 Review: This was the best book of the whole series. Artemis meets an evil con artist named Jon Spiro to show him his new invention, the C-cube. They meet at a public place so Artemis thinks nothing can go wrong until everything does. Artemis's bodygaurd, Butler, gets fatally wounded and Artemis doesn't know what to do. After you read the first two books you have to read this one.
Rating: Summary: An Awsome Adventure Review: I had always loved the first two books in the Artemis Fowl series, and I was delighted when the third book was released! In the book, Artemis, a 13-year-old boy genius uses his stolen fairy technology to create a C-Cube. The C-cube has infinite functions and renders all exixting human technology outmoded. The cube can do everything from playing videos to scanning for satellites. When Artemis arranges a meeting with a businessman, Jon Spiro, his precious cube is taken, and his bodygaurd is shot. Artemis calls Holly Short, a fairy who was held captive by him a year ago, and together, they must retrieve the cube for the world could be destroyed if Jon Spiro discovers its powers. . .
Rating: Summary: Best in the series Review: This book is the best one in the series. It is really well written and I couldn't stop reading it. The story is the best one so far and the ending is really sad but better than the endings of the other 2 books. In this book, Artemis makes a computer which can do almost amything but it gets stolen and he has to get it back. During that time, Butler almost dies and Artemis has to get him healed before it's too late. For some reason this book is better than the others. If you read the first 2 read this one!
