Review: A simple dull tale about a boy's high school nightmare, this has been tried before in a numerous amount of books. If it weren't for MTV, this book wouldn't have got to where it is now. Bad choice, future delinquents may find this book cute.

Summary: You know how it feels
Review: I'm not a wallflower, I never was and I will never be one either. But, I related to Charlie. I knew exactly what he was feeling and thinking because I had thought so many of the same things. I enjoyed everything about Chbosky's look at a boy in his coming-of-age. The technique was fresh, the charecters were orignal, the problems were familiar, and the language was intelligent. Even though it was a story about a boy younger than myself, I didn't feel like someone was talking down to me. This is a fresh, smart and funny novel that would be enjoyed by anyone with an open mind.

Review: Stephen Chboskey is an awesome writer. That book grabbed me soooooo fast I couldn't put it down until it was done. I am extremely glad to have bought the book, but I was disappointed it was as short as it was. It was perfect in every way, but I wish it was longer. I immediately fell in love with the characters. I want to stay with them longer..... Mr.Chboskey, if you read this... PLEASE WRITE ANOTHER BOOK!!!!!! :)

Summary: I love Charlie!
Review: Let me just say that I just wanted to hug Charlie while reading this surprising novel. There were so many times where I just looked up and smiled to myself over simple images of a kid eating french fries, which Charlie describes so unusually. Why did I find this novel to be surprising? because as I began to read the lovely papareback with the attractive lime cover, I was thinking to myself..hmmm this is too much like my old juevenille books and too much like "The Catcher in the Rye" but as I began to get deeper into the letters of Charlie, I began to become "a filter" and see myself differently. I am alot like Charlie and reading the account of a character like me helped me to appreciate me and the perks of being a wallflower. This is a beautiful novel that I will recommend to many!

Review: This is the first book i have actually read in a while. I'm glad I decided to read it. This book has made me want to read more.. i could really relate with everything charlie thought and the experiences happened to me. i was reading and it was liek whoa that happened to me. i couldn't put the book down. i loved it Charlies experiences and toughts are that of a real 15 year old. the book was just great.!! thats all there is to it

Review: This book is full of new experiences, love, dispair, and heartache. Once I started reading it I couldn't stop until I had finished it...which only took two days. I was surprised when I found out that The Perks Of Being a Wallflower was Stephen Chbosky's first novel. He has made several films that I am eager to watch. I definately reccommend this book to anyone.
