Rating: Summary: Unhealthy cult entertainment.... Review: Cashing in on the Buffy craze, they came up with this show and it's three main charecters played by three women who can not act, and they also write these cheap books that look like they were written by a three year old. Considering how bad this book script is, It might not be far off the mark.
Rating: Summary: BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Review: I am a hardcore Charmed fan, most of my family and friends call me obsessed. I bought this book because I have bought everything else Charmed. And I love it!!!! It is very informative and could catch up a person who's never even seen a Charmed episode before, well at least catch them up through season 5 anyways. I was very surprised at how informative it was because most other books I have read in that nature have been very vague, but this one even includes the Book of Shadows, as well as a Book of Evil, and even spells used by the girls that aren't found in their book. I would recommend this book even to a person who thought they could never be interested in Charmed just to prove that they would find something interesting in it...
Rating: Summary: Almost perfect book Review: I am obsessed with the charmed show!! This book almost a perfect companion. I am also a Prue fan, and it did not have a interview with Shannon. It also did not have a very good review of when Prue died. Otherwise, this book is really awesome! I loved the spell part of the book. The "demon-dictionary" was another highlight! I gave this book 5 stars because other than some minor glitches, I would reccomend this book to anyone in a heartbeat. Charmed at heart
Rating: Summary: Great with one exception... Review: I am so glad I bought this book. The episode synopses, glossary of terms, spells from the Book of Shadows and the Grimoire, character profiles and interviews are fantastic. I started watching the show in Season 3, but caught up on earlier episodes courtesy of TNT. My one complaint about this book: WHERE IS SHANNEN? Why isn't she on the cover & why wasn't she interviewed with the rest of the cast? She was the firstborn witch & was on the show for 3 years...why wasn't she included (other than in the episode synopses & a few mentions here & there)??? She was initially part of the Power of Three & was the one who held the family together. She deserves more than that.
Rating: Summary: A long wait worth it Review: I have been a fan of Charmed for it's entire run [in re-runs that is.] The show is alot better than people want to give it credit for. It has action, drama, comady.
The book has all the trivia a fan may want to know: a timeline, the demons, spells.
If you are a fan of the show, you may as well get this book as a companion peice. Im sure you'll use it eventurally.
Rating: Summary: The Power Of Three Review: I have not seen Charmed in a very long time. In fact i've only just now got interested in it again. I really enjoy this book. It has excellent information for Charmed fans. I mostly got it because the photos are so crisp and beautiful in it. The book has character profiles of the three sisters. Including Penelope "G rams" Halliwell, Patricia Halliwell, and the men in the sister's lives. There is also an episode guide from season 1-5. Along with an explanation of each sister's powers. This is a very organized book and has a lot of great information for Charmed fans.
Rating: Summary: A fan of Charmed Review: I like this book, but where are the bloopers and did you know from the book of shadows. Please whoever wrote the book continue with the seasons, because in this book it ends right after Chris comes in the fifth? season primiere. Also please keep Drew Fuller as older Chris in the series. He's a great actor. And if someone who does the show reads this, please continue with the show and please tell us when the next season is going to come on.
Rating: Summary: book of rubbish Review: i'm in the process of reading this book and so far it's not very good at least at quarter of the book is an episode guide (which you can easily find on the net) there are very few color pictures and the cast interviews are quiet short so if you wanted more of a look at the cast this isn't the book for you. if your intrested in the wiccan side this still isn't the book for you because although there are spells included they are all from the series plus there are pages of them and it seems to drag on to much. i have to say i'm a dedicated fan but so far i'm not enjoying this sorry.
Rating: Summary: The Best First Only Charmed Companion Review: The book is great, it has eveything you need, except color photos. It has the episode guide, character profiles, the spells used in tht show defenitons of terms, evey good witch's name, interviews and biographies of the charcters. Also for those of you in the dark side, it has the Grimore(think that's how you spell it), the name of every evil person, and some of the Grimore's spells. There is a speacial intro by Aaron Spelling. Just buy it and find out more, it's the best and only OFFICIAL Charmed companion.
Rating: Summary: This book rocks Review: This book is the best. It has so much stuff that any charmed fan would love. All you people that thought the book was bad need to shut up. It is a great book. I don't know what you thought was wrong with it. Just because it doesn't give information on season 6 doesn't mean it isn't a great book. It has more charmed info than any other book. So if you didn't like it tough maybe you should get a life. Anyway if you are a charmed fan I would definately recommend this book to you. It has so much great stuff. It definatly deserves 5 stars.
