Summary: "How Do I Tell?"
Review: "How Do I Tell," is a great love story by Kieran Scott. I would rate this book at a perfect score of 10. It has everything a teenage girl would like to read about in the concept of love. As from a boys perspective the review would probably be lower, because a male's opinion on love is quit different. The book takes place in high school and goes through the minds of different characters about what is going on in their personal love lives. Russell the main character is having girl problems, after getting dumped he goes from girl to girl trying to find the perfect one, when he finally does there is a barrier between him and his "ideal" girl. In the end everything works out in one way or another with a few costly exceptions. "I can't believe you didn't kiss her." (Page 111) This quote is Russell's friend telling him how he missed his chance. Kieran Scott's style of writing is very unique. Each of the chapters is named after one of the characters in the book, that character speaks in first person throughout the chapter. The author's imagery is absolutely wonderful; the feelings of the characters seem so real that you feel like you are experiencing it at the same time. The suspense makes you want to keep reading. If you liked "Torn Apart" by Janet Quien-Harkin or "The Rumor About Julia" by Stephanie Sinclair, you'll like this book.

Summary: I love this book!
Review: I really love the plot in this story. I would recommmoned this book to high school students, because it tells the true about high school love. I love the main characters Russell and Vanessa. I think Russell should have told her that her boyfriend was cheating on her, I mean he was suppose to be her friend. I hope I did not give too much away about the book. It should be a good read for all teens. I only wish I had read these book when I was high school. But, I am reading them now and I am only one year out of high school so it's not that bad.

Review: This book is about teenage relationships and how sometimes they never last--especially if you're not with the right person. Vanessa and her boyfriend Ervin think they are the perfect couple. Very much alike and very much in love. Vanessa is one of the most popular sophomores in school and the fact that she goes out with the senior star of the football team shows even more highly of her. She thinks that her life is all figured out--until she meets Russell. He seems too good to be true: sweet, funny, and a total romantic. Even though she loves Ervin, she can't help comparing Ervin to Russell--and Russell always wins. The two begin to hang out on a regular basis and Ervin finds himself becoming jealous and way too overprotective, which drives Vanessa crazy and makes her back away from him even more. She is beginning to see that he is too much of a jock for her, always talking about basketball and his basketball friends. I guess you could say that Ervin's true personality is finally revealed. At basketball practice one afternoon, Russell overhears Ervin talking with a friend about a girl, who Russell thinks is Vanessa. He talks extremely rude about this girl, calling her names and putting her down. Russell laters finds out that Ervin was not talking about Vanessa but instead another girl. He is cheating on Vanessa! Russell now is faced with the choice to either tell Vanessa about her cheating boyfriend or to let her find out on her own. Vanessa, on the other hand, is clueless and thinks she has it all until she finds out the so-called love of her life is cheating on her. At first she doesn't know how to react, but finally comes to her senses and breaks up with Ervin. She is heartbroken, but finds comfort in Russell who soon becomes the new and faithful love of her life. I think this book is one of the best I have ever read. It relates so much to teenage life, growing up and being faced with social problems like this one. I have never read a book like this before and now that I have I plan to read many, many more just like this one. It's amazing to me how real the story seems. It's as if the situation is happening to you or someone you know right at this moment. Sometimes I couldn't even make myself put the book down because I was so interested in it. I would definitly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys books about real teenage life.

Summary: Excellent Read
Review: This book was exceptionally good. It wasn't at the least bit boring and there were no sections drawn out too much. It was written well and I never misunderstood any part of it. I loved the basic plot of the story. It was about a girl named Vanessa. She was a sophmore in high school that was going out with a senior that was a total jerk in every way but she never realized that it was wrong until she met someone who treated her right. She is in a constant struggle to remind herself that she has a boyfriend when she is around the other guy. She becomes torn between the jock and the romantic. She finally realizes that her decision was the easiest thing to make when she finds out her boyfriend was cheating on her. All and all the book ends great. I loved that there was a twist and Vanessa finally saw what was there all along, A cheating loser. I would recommend this book to any one who loves a little romance and sweetness in their lives.

Review: This was the first book I've read from this series, but I've always liked romance books and this was a great book. It's about a sophmore girl named Vanessa and she's going out with the star of the basketball team. She thinks that she has it perfect, until she meets Russell. Russell is sweet, funny, romantic and she can't ignore the feeling she gets when she's around him. She finds herself always thinking about Russell, even when she's with her boyfriend. She hates herself because she's thinking that she's cheating on her boyfriend. Russell is at basketball practice one afternoon, and he hears Vanessa's boyfriend talking about another girl. He's cheating on Vanessa! Now Russell is faced with the choice of telling Vanessa and breaking her heart, or not telling her and letting her figure it out on her own. Which will he choose . . . ?
I read this book so quickly because I couldn't put it down. I started reading it one night at about ten. I got really into it and I finished it that night. I get done with it and it's 1:40 in the morning. I did not even realize it was that late because I was so into the book. I definately recomend this book to everyone who likes a good romance story!
