Review: I love all the Lurlene McDaniel books, but this one wasn't as good. I thought that how Carley tried to deceive Kyle was shallow. Throughout the whole book there was a sense of dishonesty.

Review: I loved this book! I've never thought I was pretty, but Lurlene McDaniel's books makes me feel that I should be thankful for what I have. I am healthy and have no disabilities. And it doesn't matter if you are pretty or ugly, it's how you are inside. When people used to say that before, I was like,"Yeah right!" Now, thanks to Lurlene McDaniel, I believe that. I'm trying not to put myself down as much, because I know that there are people out there that would love to be like me, and have a "normal" life. Thank you Lurlene McDaniel!

Summary: The 1st and favorite book I have read of Lurlene McDaniels!
Review: I loved this book! it was the fist of Lurlene's books and I couldn't put it down! Loved the ending, but can't tell it; got to read it for your self. It is one of the best love stories ever if not the very best. I have read so many books of Lurlene McDaniel since I read this book. All her books are so good though and my goal is to read all of her books because they are all so good! I gave this book a perfect 10 because it was a very touching story. END

Summary: It's a beautiful story!
Review: I now know what the quote, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" means. From this book, I learned the true beauty of a person and that a physical appearance is not the only perspective of beauty. Beauty is interpretation. Therefore, everyone sees beauty somewhat differently like what Kyle did in the story. Like what Carley's sister, Janelle, said, when a person's pretty, that's all people expect her to be. That is indeed true and Carley has the true beauty inside. I've always wanted to be prettier but now that I have read this book, I'm so thankful that I look "normal." Great book!

Summary: One of McDaniel's best
Review: I really liked this book. It was pretty good. It's fairly easy to read. Although I could hardly put this book down, I liked Lifted Up by Angels and Angels Watching over Me better. I also thought this book's ending wasn't that good. The story seemed sort of unfinished. Even though it has it's down parts, you really should try this book!

Review: I think that this book is a must read. It gives you an idea of what it is like to live when your not "normal." It also helps you realize that what really matters is what is in the inside and not what you look like on the outside. I think people who read this book will get a better understanding of how it feels to be made fun of in any way and also get a feel for what it would be like to have something wrong with you that is unfixable.

Review: I thought this book was very relisictic, because it dealt with everyday issues like physical apperence and being precived by you peers. Carly (the main character) had a scar on her face left from an operation she had when she was younger to get rid of a brain tumor. But it left her face scared and no one could do anything about it. She's in a hospital because she broke her leg rollerblading and it didn't heal right. She meets Kyle a boy left blind after a chemical explosion. Knowing he probably will never see her she decides not to tell him about her face. This book is wonderful on how it dictates how she feels and what she thinks about herself. I give this 4 stars.

Review: I was introduced to this book by a friend who loaned it to me. I enjoyed it so much, I later went out and bought it myself. I identified with Carley because although I don't have a scarred face like she does, I've never really thought I was pretty. Love came to her in the form of Kyle, a blind boy that she met in the hospital after she broke her leg. Will their relationship end if his sight returns? Read it to find out. This was an inspirational story. It gave me hope that if someone with Carley's problem can be loved, then I have a chance for romance too. Buy "I'll Be Seeing You" ASAP! I highly reccomend it to anyone in need of hope.
