Summary: Best Book!
Review: "I'll Be Seeing You" is the best book! I reallyenjoyed the story! The book showed that beauty is on the inside andgives girls with low self-esteem because of their looks a better outlook on life. Popular, pretty girls will learn how it feels to be different, not everyone can be the perfect cheerleader! I really enjoyed this book and it was so good, I finished it in one night! END

Summary: I'll Be Seeing YOu
Review: Have you ever wondered what it's like to be blind in a seeing world? How would you feel if you had to face the world everyday with a huge disfiguring scar on your face? These questions are answered in the thrilling suspenseful novel, I'll Be Seeing You, by Lurlene McDaniel. This is a definite must read. The author did a great job with the characters personalities and how they took everything, such as Carly always feeling flustered because of the way her face looked and making a joke of everything. I really felt like I was one of the people in the book. Don't miss this exhilarating novel.

Summary: The way love is supposed to be
Review: I absolutely love this book. This is one of the later books I read by Lurlene, but I really loved it. The way everything in the book is should make everyone today in modern life look at the way it's supposed to be. In this book, a young teenage girl who has a facial disfiguration who is in the hospital and meets a teenage boy who lives near her who has lost his site in an accident with unproperly used chemicals and they fall in love, with him not even knowing if she has outer beauty, only looking knowing about her inner beauty. Her physical state didn't matter to him even when he gained his site back because he'd fallen in love with her. That is how I think love should be. I dont' think that people should look on the outside, much like they do now, but at what's on the inside. When you are making friends you don't really look on the outside, why should you when you are looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend? This whole point makes the book one of the best I've ever read and I would suggest to anyone who absolutely loves the meaning of true love to read this book.

Summary: An Exceptional Novel
Review: I am a devoted Lurlene McDaniel fan and I have noticed in her later novels that she focuses more on the romance aspects of her writing than on the health problems her characters undoubtably face. This book is one of the latter and I am pleased to say that it is one of her best and my personal favorite. Her characters are full and believable and I saw a little of myself in each one. Ms. McDaniel is an auhor head and shoulders above the rest. I sincerely hope that you will read and love this novel as I have. If you enjoy this novel, try the One Last Wish series. (Oh, and don't read The Legacy; Making Dreams Come True until after you've read all the others. It spoils them a bit.)

Summary: This book is definitely a keeper!!
Review: I have read a lot of young-adult romance type books, and this has got to be the best. You really learned something from Carley about love and lies. It also made you think about how you treat others who are different than you. A really great book.

Summary: One of Lurlene's Absolute BEST
Review: I have read almost all the books in it's series and they are all awesome. I read "I'll Be Seeing You" over three months ago and even though I've read like twenty books since then I can still remember this one vividly. I think it's so cool that Lurlene taught that phyiscall apperence isn't everything. I felt like I was the one writing this story because the details were so exact. All the characters were so life-like, and the ending was so emotional.
I think this is definatly one of Lurlene's best, and I would recomend it to anyone. I am thirteen, and I think that you would most enjoy it if you were at least eleven. Lurlene is the best author in the world!!

Summary: Very Good Book
Review: I like this book as it is very inspiring to me, and also very informitive to people about the way they automatically treat people who are different. I'm almost 15, and legally blind. I also have breathing problems and slight hearing loss due to an illness shortly after my mother got preganate, and I have developed a limp over the years. I know what it is like to be stared at, but you learn to live with it. But I believe the more people learn, the less they'll tease kids who are different, and more see that they are kids, just like them.
