Rating: Summary: written by an anonymous author, apparently - see review Review: Anybody else notice that the "101" guide for college women is written by "Stephanie" Edwards? Quite a shift from "Stephen," eh? A brother and sister team of college students, no doubt, or perhaps just a pseudonym? Hmm. May be a good book -- I haven't read it -- but the lack of authorial credibility makes me wonder.
Rating: Summary: What a Bad "Book"! Review: As a long-time customer of amazon, I was tremendously let-down by this "book." It was uninformative and useless. There are only two or three sentences on each page!!! If you put all the sentences together you would only get five or six pgs max on an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper. I felt cheated and robbed by this "book" that contained mostly info that everyone knows. Next time, I have to be more careful when buying books online.

Rating: Summary: Essential college advice from someone who's been there... Review: College is a fascinating and frightening time. I know. It was the greatest and scariest time of my life. But there are some things that every college guy can find out about to make the transition to the "best four years of his life" easy and effortless. Unfortunately you learn most of those things after it is too late and you're ready to graduate. I needed advice on how to make the most of my college experience (majors, courses, professors, term papers). I also needed some practical information on how to deal with all of the great new things I encountered (dorms, laundry, freedom, Sororities). I've written the book so other college guys can benefit from my hard-earned experience. I based the advice on some of the things my friends, other college students and I did right (and wrong) and put the tips in a book that is easy to read and to the point. "101 Things a College Guy Should Know" is practical, humorous, and never preachy. Give this little tome to every high school senior or tuck it in every college guy's first care package. He'll be glad you did.
Rating: Summary: Great 'thinking of you book' under 10 bucks Review: cute little book. simple, straightforward, honest. not a manual more like life's little instruction book for guys going to college. I received '101 things a college girl should know' as a gift when I graduated and decided to the '101 things a college guy should know' for my little brother.

Rating: Summary: A great gift for a boy impossible to buy for... Review: I thought this book was great. I had no idea what to give my nephew besides some money for his high school graduation. This book was perfect. It is advice that I'd like to give him but I don't have to be preachy. It is funny in an understated way and the advice really hits the mark.
Rating: Summary: Funny! Review: Perfect for any guy going off to college. I laughed my head off! If you like this book, you'll love "Major in Success", by Patrick Combs.
