Rating: Summary: Good, but Violet Eyes was better Review: I enjoyed reading this book, yet I found that sometimes the charcters would just make huge jumps in their conclusions with out really showing where they got the information. On the other hand, the story was just a good story about the determination that lies deep within all people and the little voice that says "keep trying". Angel is working for the SilverDollar mining company as security, yet she can't remember what she did before she was hired. When she goes on her first assignment, she meets Michael, who claims to have not only to have known her, but to have been in an emotional relationship with her at one time as well. She doesn't remember, but she can't quite disbelieve him either. In the end, he finally forces her to remember who she is, even with her "loyalty chip" in her head, which makes her do whatever is in the best interests for the company. I don't want to spoil the plot, (...)

Rating: Summary: A Great Book! Review: I really liked this book, it was better than Violet Eyes. The only part I didn't like is how the author repeats a couple of the lines from Violet Eyes. Other than that, this book was great, and I hope she writes another one.
Rating: Summary: I love this book!!! Review: I really liked this book. Angel is now working for the people she was trying not to work for in Violet Eyes. She has no memory what so ever of her life before. She meets Michael again and she doesn't remember him either. He tries and tries again until her memory comes back. But she still has a Loyalty Chip in her head so she's loyal to her enemies. This book is great and you wish Angel will get over the Chip. You'll really enjoy this book if you've already read Violet Eyes.

Rating: Summary: Almost As Good as the First Review: Most authors just can't make the sequel as good as the first book, but Nicole Luiken has managed to do it with Silver Eyes. I was extremely happy when I saw this book sitting on the bookshelf of the local bookstore. I've been waiting for this book ever since I finished Violet Eyes more than a year ago. It was well worth the wait. The heroine, Angel Eastland, remembers very few things of her past, which is why she is so confused when she finds a hidden message that reads, "Violet eyes lie.". On her first mission, she meets up with Michael Vallant, who claims to know her, but she can barely remember him, and can't comprehend on what he tells her. Although the novel is quite confusing at the beginning because it kicks off nowhere near where Violet Eyes ended, everything becomes clear as the story goes by. I really enjoyed this book. It should be a movie or something, or at least, Ms Luiken should write another novel about our favorite violet-eyed couple.

Rating: Summary: A MUST-READ Review: Silver Eyes is an awesome book! After I read the first one, Violet Eyes, I kept waiting for the sequel (this) to be published. When I finally got to read it, I wasn't disappointed. Although the first has more humour, Silver Eyes is still a great book. I'd reccomend it to ages 12&up. Its a little confusing for younger readers. It is a science fiction story, so people who like that sort of stuff would probably like it best. But I think anyone would enjoy it. One thing though - read Violet Eyes first, or else you'll be a little lost. One of the best parts is the plot. Although it doesn't start where Violet Eyes left off, it is eventually explained how Angel came to work at the company called Silver Dollar. By the end everything is explained, so if you're in the middle of it and totally confused, don't worry. You'll understand everything once you reach the end. There is also another huge twist to the plot at the end, which I'm not gonna tell you about. You'll just have to read it yourself. Silver Eyes is full of suspense,it has a very inricate and action-packed plot, and I'm sure any reader would love it. Silver Eyes is very well written, and I, for one, hope there will be at least one other sequel. A Must-Read!! :)
Rating: Summary: A fantastic sequel to Violet Eyes Review: The rebellious and gifted heroine and narrator of "Violet Eyes" returns to the page in this brilliant sequel. Angel, now 18, is working for SilverDollar. She finds a secret message written to herself some time ago: "Violet eyes lie". She has no idea what it means. Her memory is hazy at best. She blames this on her training accident a few weeks previously - and she can't remember anything about her early life. Occasionally something will come to her, only to be forced out of her mind with the traumatic memory of drowning. She has no idea why this is happening, but she's determined to find out. Meanwhile, her job takes her on a mission to capture a fugitive named Michael Vallant. She feels a connection to him, but she can't remember him - and every time she thinks she might, her drowning memory kicks in. Once again Angel is seeking the truth about herself, while intervening in the dispute between SilverDollar and the Spacers - and trying to get out of it alive...
Rating: Summary: Great Book Review: This book is great! A lot of action but it is a bit confusing in the beginning. There were a lot of times where I found myself very bored reading this book. Recommended to everyone who likes science fiction.
