Summary: Quirky and Cute
Review: Anyone who has ever read the any of the other books in this series knows that these authors thrive on unlikely couples. This book is no exception. A romance begins to brew and shows that appearances can be decieving. The banter exchanged between this apparentely brain dead "cool" kid and a "nerd" who is great with making plays on words keeps the reader waiting for the next witty combeack, and the author delivers time and again. This is a cute novel that makes you laugh, and frown, but ulitmately leaves you with a smile on your face.

Summary: woo hoo!
Review: I loved the book! It was perfect and I read it on a loooooooooong car trip. Althought they used the word 'cool' just a little bit too much . . .my favorite part was when they were at the dance. Anyway, I liked it, just as I love all the love stories books.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Worth reading
Review: I must have read this book when I was in grade 6. I loved the book. The characters were well developed and the plotline was very intresting. BUY IT.

Summary: Nice plot, bad characters
Review: I thought this story sounded interesting, and I guess it is, but it was too much like the movie "She's All That" (a movie I didn't like, by the way). Nick's the most popular guy in school. His two best friends, Jarad and Steve (also popular) dare Nick to take Edie, the school's biggest nerd to the dance. He accepts so they wont think he's "uncool". Anyway, like in "She's All That", the girl doesn't like him, he tries to win her over, and falls for her in the process. Also like in "She's All That", Edie finds out and is hurt, she swears she'll never forgive him, you know, the usual. It's pretty good at first, but it gets boring on about the fifth chapter. Also, I didn't like Nick and Edie. I dont know why, they were just annoying. They had no personalities!!! He was cool, she was a nerd, that was it. And I thought that Nick could have been nicer to Jarad. I know Jarad was treating Sabastian (Edie's fellow-nerd friend) badly, but he was still his best friend. He could have just talked to him and asked him to leave him alone instead of threatening to hurt him. That really turned me against him. Also, every other word in this book was "cool" or "uncool" or "so totally cool" or "so not cool". Gosh, that was soooo annoying!!! Anyway, the book was boring, the characters were boring, so do yourself a big favor and DON'T GET THIS BOOK!!!

Summary: I loved it
Review: Speaking of an 45 single male I LOVED this book. I myself used to be like the nerd, but this book really helped me relize that it dosen't matter what other people think of me! I'm who I am and I don't have to change for other people! It's a LOVELY book and I say EVERYONE should read this book because if you are a nerd....which you probally are, (only nerds like me read books like this) this is the book for you! read it..and I promise you will not be sad! My husband, Sam, liked this book too! and he dosen't like love books....he's more into action...but that's enough about him... so READ it! you'll LOVE it!

Summary: Sad...REAL SAD
Review: There's no nice way to put it. This book is terrible. Nick and his friends were all jerks, and Edie and her friends were all whimpy (they let EVERYONE push them around) and insecure. I didnt like Nick or Edie, so I really didnt care too much how things would turn out for them. The other two books in the His. Hers. Theirs. series ("The Nine-hour Date" and "Snag Him".) were GREAT! I figured this one would be just as good. Boy was I wrong! In the other two books the characters were their own people, they were interesting, and lovable. In this one Nick and Edie were just steriotypes. One was popular, one was a nerd. Thats all they were. They had no personalitys. The plots was soooooo boring, and I couldnt get into it at all!!! I dont know how I even finished it! Anyways, if you havent read any of the His. Hers. Theirs. books, read the previous two, "The Nine-hour Date" and "Snag Him". Those two were awsome! If you havent read this yet, DONT. Belive me, you wont be missing out on anything great.

Summary: Cute book
Review: This book is about Nick and Edie. Nick is the hott Italian popular stuck-up guy and Edie is Mega Nerd. This book basically has a plot reminiscent of She's All That. Popular guy and nerd. Friends dare him to ask nerd to the Prom. Popular guy while trying to convince nerd to go with him and becoming friends with nerd falls for her. Nerd finds out about dare. Boo-hoo. In the end everything is lovely. All in all it was a really cute book. A good pick. Plus, I loved all Mama Ling's fortunes at the beginnings of each chapter.
