Summary: We finally know what happened "Before Gaia"
Review: A regular day in Gaia Moore's life takes a bizarre turn as she is "contacted" by Nikolai, a mysterious agent, who used to work for Loki and is offering her the one opportunity to walk down memory lane and find out the whole truth to the Oliver-Katia-Tom love triangle. Gaia couldn't wish for more and runs desperately to all the places Nikolai tells her to go, for more stories of the past... When the story finally begins it is 1983...

Tom(Tommy) and Oliver(Olly) are as close as twin brothers can be. Yeah they have their sibling rifts and Tom does envy Oliver for getting into the CIA first and always winning all their combat fights but thing are harmonious between the two. Lately though Oliver has been having problems cracking a code from the "Organization" a mysterious agency who would do anything for money and guess who cracks it? Tom. The biggest problem though isn't that, it is the fact that they both fall in love with the same Russian girl---Katia, a former journalist, now aspiring singer at the Bitter End NightClub, a girl running from her mysterious past in Russia. (To see the first interactions between Tom and Katia and Oliver and Katia were really cute, so childish) When Oliver finds out that Katia is really in love with Tom, he is outraged and feels betrayed by his twin brother and finds solice in drinking. The thing that pushes Oliver over the top is when Tom takes over his job at the code-breaking department of the CIA. As their misunderstandings grow Oliver feels more betrayed and when a mysterious man from the Organization named Nikolai, offers Oliver help in gettting Katia back, Oliver accepts... Thus all the hurt and betrayal begin until Gaia is born---a new hope---a girl with outstanding powers, whom Tom and Katia hope will finally stop the civil war in the family. There is however one problem with Gaia, whose daughter is she? Tom or Oliver's?

This book made some big revelations and its unique style was quite intriging to read. I am so happy that we finally know what happened and who betrayed who. We also know who truly is Gaia's father. A new enemy of Gaia's is also introduce, actrully I'm not sure if he is enemy or foe for he is one of Gaia's closest remaining relatives---a man from Katia's past---the very reason she feld from Russia. This book is a definite must-read. I don't think you will get further installments of Fearless unless you read this book.

Summary: The Birth Of Loki...
Review: First thing I have got say about this book is that it has definitely earned a spot on my "best books of summer 2002." Any book that keeps me glued to the pages gasping for more is a treasure to covet. For this is a story of sexy twin spies, beautiful Russians, deadly enemies and the ultimate tragic tale of love lost and gained. In "Before Gaia," Gaia's hunt for clues to her past (that unfolds the story of Tom, Loki & Katia) is suspenseful on every step and leaves you huffing and calculating along with Gaia. Your run with Gaia (sent on a trip down memory lane by mysterious spy Nickolai) is a well written backdrop for the main plot. The story of the meeting of Gaia's parents, Tom & Katia, is so tender and awkward that it is groundbreaking in itself. The consequences and effects of her parents' "first look of love" is an explosion that leads to dark betrayal and ultimately pain for everyone. Yet it is the birth of a baby who shines into the world that brings hope...and that baby is Gaia. For faithful followers of the series like me, this story still leaves some doors closed to the mystery that is Gaia Moore. But that in itself, is enough to keep me aching for more of Gaia the Fearless's world. So what is the final verdict? Tsk, need you ask! Go get Moore!

Summary: Best Fearles book yet
Review: First when i heard about the book Before Gaia, i thought it was just some book about Gaia's history. Nothing that we havent known already. But little did I know that there was soo much more information I havent known before. The book tells how Tom and Loki where pracitcally NORMAL loving twin brothers, but what caused Loki to go off the edge, and even the first time Tom and Katia first layed eyes on eathother. And even Gaia is in the book! This book is filled with sooo much betrayal and love at the same time. So dont hesitate to buy this one. Worth it for any fearless fan.

Summary: Before Gaia is awesome!
Review: I bought this book because I love the Fearless series. I was curious as to what would happen in a book called Before Gaia. In this book Gaia learns a lot about her history along with her mother's, father's, and Oliver's. This book was very surprising. You will find out what happened between Tom, Oliver, and Katia back before Gaia was born. Even though this book is called Before Gaia, Gaia is included in this book. I loved Before Gaia. This book is a great buy!! Any Fearless fan needs to have this book!!

Summary: Uhhh title?
Review: I really liked this book. She did a wonderful job on it. Instead of going on about the same thing (the troubles with Ed, and Titania. Gaia not feeling herself ect.) she brought in something new. The story behind Egnigma and Loki. And her mother. But I wonder, how is this going to effect the series itself? For the series is continuing. Will the series start off from this? Or is this sometime after? There was no definent time in the book. And if you open the book it says Super Edition number 1. Will there be more super editions?
Well, whatever there may be, this book was great. Never boring. I always wanted to finish. It makes me really look forward to the rest of the series.

Summary: Interesting
Review: I thought this book might be boring compared to the rest of the Fearless books. I've never found Tom's or Loki's parts of the books that interesting. But I bought this book because I am a huge Fearless fan. I was wrong that it would be boring and despite the title, Gaia is included in the book. I learned so much about her history and Tom's and Oliver's history (how they became enemies). The story was very interesting and easy to get through and now Gaia has the truth about many of the things in her past. If you like Fearless, I recommend you read it. Also, I think you need to read this book in order to continue with the series.

Summary: Wow!
Review: My friend at school and I are both Fearless freaks, and we do this whole book-swapping thing. Well, when I handed her over one of my books, she handed me this, and I thought that it was an unnecissary book to read, and it would make no difference whether I read it or not...until I picked it up. WOWEE! It was great! The book is all about how Gaia is bumped into on the street in 2002, and given a mysterious message about how she can discover her past. The book will flip from the 'present' 2002, to the past 1973, when Tom (and oliver) met Katia. I recommend this book to all of the people who enjoy reading Fearless, and who want to discover more about this troubled teen! I honestly haven't looked at Tom and Oliver the same way (if you can call it 'looking') since! Enjoy this easily 5 star book!

Summary: Before Gaia, TWO THUMBS UP!
Review: OK, I will admit at first I thought this book was going to be really bad, because it wasn't about Gaia really or about Ed or them and their love triangle with Tatiana, but I was completly shocked, this book was amzing! First of all, Gaia is in it, and it is great because she finally finds out who betrayed who in her parents lives. She also discovers some new things about her feeling of love for her father (even though he abandoned her, she understands now) and new feelings of more hatred for Loki. This book cleared up so many things for me and I am no longer confused about anything that went on in the past. It has a wonderful ending, give or take a few things, Gaia finally feels like she knew her mother, understands her father and hates Loki. All ends well.
