Rating: Summary: Twisted Summer......A good title for a great book Review: This book was awesome. It takes place in a little summer town, and it is about a 14 year old girl trying to solve a murder mystery. It has lots of suspense, and surprises, and I would reccomend it for older readers. The main character, Cici, is set out to find the murderer of a 15 year old girl, Zoe, that was strangled to death the summer before. Before she knows it, the killer is after her! Will she find out who the killer is before the killer find and kills her, too? It has very good description and is very easy to understand and read. Try it!
Rating: Summary: Awesome, intrigueing, and something to keep me wanting more! Review: This book was excellent. Cecilia, or Cici, as they call her in the book, was quite a detective and I was amazed at the things she found out on her own! I also couln't believe the cruelty they put on Jack. I mean for one thing he didn't even murder the person, and plus, neither did Brody. So they took it way out of proportion. Also, I cannot believe Ilona didn't even have the decency to go see Brody. I mean they made big plans. That must have devastated Brody, that his girlfriend thought he was guilty. Well she was wrong. Well, I was intrigued when someone shot at Cici. I mean that is terrible. It was her own Grandfather, too. Well I think that Willo Davis Roberts certainly should get huge recognition for her works. That is all I have to say.

Rating: Summary: A good mystery! Review: This book was one that I read whenever I got a chance. I found it hard to stop when I had to. It wasn't the best book that I ever read, but it was pretty good. The characters were easy to relate to and most of the incidents could really happen.
Rating: Summary: Good mystery, with a great story Review: This book was really fun to read. Throughout the book, Cici is trying to find out who killed a girl at the lake the previous summer. There are several suspects, and each of them, at one point or another, says something, or makes a comment, that would make one believe that that particular person was the murderer. Towards the end though, Cici zeroes in on one particular person, and with the help of Jack (a boy she likes), they finally find out who the murderer is. It's a surprise ending. This book was fun to read, and I really enjoyed it.
Rating: Summary: Mysteriously Twisted Review: This is one of the most intriging books I have ever read. It really makes you want to read on even if reading is not your thing. The book always has forks in the road and you never know what to decide. The whole murder thing is mysterious and confusing. This book also has a romance theme in it. A girl whose cousin's hate her and she hates them. I definately reccomend this book to anyone who likes mysteries and/or has had not quite so memorable summer.
Rating: Summary: Twisted Summer Review: Twisted Summer by: Willo Davis Roberts 6th Grade Do you like murder stories? Or do you prefer mysteries? Well this new book Twisted Summer, is a mix of both murder and mystery. Don't worry though, it isn't scary for those of you who aren't into scary stories. I know what you're thinking right now what is the book about? And what kind of murder? If I read on will it give the book away? No, I hate when people give away a good story. When fourteen-year-old Cici comes back to Crystal lake after two years everything seems fine at first. Then the new maid tells Cici of a murder that a boy named Brian committed. Cici can't believe that Brian would murder anybody, so she and Brian's brother Jack get together and make a list. This list contains suspects, their opportunity, and why they would desire to murder a mischievous girl in her teens. When they find the list is gone, things start to seem more serious. Cici's grandmother died, the list is gone, and things were definently twisted. This book brings you to a stomach turning ending of truth. Since Cici and Jack had made the list everybody seemed to be a suspect. When Cici snuck into the judges office she found something very peculiar. In the Judge's ( the owner of the house) recordings of cash, she finds that each month for about one and a half years, the judge has been paying one thousand dollars cash to somebody for something. Then she hears the screen door open and hurries out of the office. The next day she remembers in horror that she left the list in the judge's office and hurries to get it only to find it was gone. Did the judge find it? Or was it the maid? This was my favorite scene in the book because it left me on a cliff hanger, and I like cliff hangers. I'm afraid I can't give away anymore because it would give the book away. Believe me the ending is a real surprise.
